- Note - I am no way targeting the specific video(the video was just made in funny way) , I just used their videos as an example to educate people that following a diet plan doesn’t always necessarily means that you have to eat some sort of separate food’s which requires a lot of cooking. Sure you have to take effort’s on making the best food selection , having all the nutrients , controlling your portion’s but if you will follow a diet plan which is too complicated and difficult to follow according to your schedule , you may eventually give up.

Bhai m koi professional dietician nhi hu but mujhe thik thak basics pta h mera ek dost h vo log 2 bhai h to un dono ko fat loss Krna tha to un dono ne gym join Kiya to jo mera dost h usne Sara diet chart or exercise chart mujh se banvaya, to maine bs uski jo basic diet this usme 1-2 chije add krwai or 1 chij uski diet se hta di or baki chijo ki proper quantity set krwai, koi supplement nhi add karwaya, or bhai 1 month me usne 7 kg weight lose Kiya or jbki uska bhai jo gym trainer ke under tha uska 5 kg kam hua with fat burner and whey protein, to fir bad me usne bhi mujh se hi diet or exercise chart bnvaya so it's a reality of our gym trainers in India, they are more focused on selling supplement

I have been a nutritionist myself. And when my client approach weight loss fat loss goals. I first ask them what are their goals how compatible they are with lifestyle and food choices. Is sustainability a issue. I dont give random diets if they are not in hurry. I ask them to pursue the sustainable goal thats beneficial for the entire family❤

ab to nhi ho payega. I am 25 now aur 21 ki age me maine har kisim try kiya he. Nhi huwa. Agar genetic achche he to 1000 me se 2/3 ki badh sakti he 29/21 ki age me. genetic normal height hei to kuchh vi karo nhi ho payega.
