Reeve’s “Orpheus turns around so we don’t have to” is such a good insight that rly shows how connected he is to the role!! From the cocky rockstar Orpheus in London to the sensitive dreamer Orpheus on Broadway, Reeve Carney has such a great range and has been integral to the role’s development. He has this wispy non-Broadway sound that rly enhances the otherworldliness of the character’s voice and it’s insane he’s been doing it for so long. He deserves a break but excited to see what he does next !
is betty who getting good reviews? because from a physical standpoint, she looks ridiculous standing next to the guy who plays her husband. i cannot imagine anyone is able to take their reunion dance seriously.
Ignoring the fact this is a video celebrating Reeve with nothing to do with Betty or Phillip, I am genuinely curious what exactly you find ridiculous about them as a pair because this feels highly out of pocket
