The left side of my airbuds does not work and does not charge I thought the software problem I updated the firmware to version 3A283 And then the right side that worked did not pair to my phone and laptop Do you have a solution?How can I reset it to factory settings? Unfortunately, I am in Iran!

Im not sure that you can without changing the whole housing.

Worst headphones ever, left 1 has broken for no good reason bought them new not long ago looked after them as well as you possibly could.
Power beats Pro's are definitely not our favorite earbuds. I Prefer apple airpod pro's the most.
