I just got back from Seattle to Cali ! I explored the Columbia Gorge area with all the waterfalls for 5 days. My campsite was the first National Forest-campground- Eagle Creek. I spent most of my life in Seattle area. Enjoy your cruise.
Great video Scott, sorry we missed the live. We'll be watching for the PDX times, should be able to make it. Know exactly how you feel about Alaska traveling, we're leaving mid-August on Royal Caribbean. BTW 59 is definitely not old, we're turn 71 this year and celebrated our 50th anniversary by driving to Myrtle Beach!
Anthony… what great travel and culture he shared with us ….he is missed for sure. I was thinking of a going to Alaska on a cruise ship because it’s so expensive to bring a van up there but I’m really waffling on it because when I see the videos, it looks like such a tourist experience and that’s not how I envisioned being in Alaska. I know you probably wanna take a break, but it would be great if you could share your impressions with how you spent your time off ship in the different port and was it worth it?

Sorry I missed the live! We have been insanely busy with Ford repairs, a brand spankin' new second alternator that is really amazing, and travel all over the place. Exhausted, but it's a great exhausted... full of friends, family and fun!
