Well done Future Christy - i haven't even done any audio over video yet. Life is unfortunately full of ups and downs. That tree is so stunning. I had a tree like that outside my bedroom window as a child but didn't appreciate it at the time. You can watch Heartstopper when you come to look after the pups. And Young Royals.
It felt a bit weird to do a voice over! I wrote up a whole script cause otherwise I'd have rambled even more haha. The tree's pretty much bare now! It's been interesting to see day by day just how many leaves it's lost. And I'm looking forward to seeing the puppies (and watching some Netflix but mostly puppies)!

Thank you! Unfortunately, tiredness is a symptom for a few of my disorders. Combined with my poor diet, I essentially have chronic fatigue. I am due for some more blood tests soon though; not sure if that includes liver function or not.

Do you have any that you would be interested in or are you patiently waiting for the ideal home to become available?

Welcome! I tutor university students studying psychology as I completed my honours last year. I love teaching and psychology so I really enjoy doing both at once! My main reasons for moving out of the family home are because I wanted my own space and my parents wanted to downsize. While they wouldn't have kicked me out, they also wanted me to move because they felt that would be best for me. I moved to Canberra specifically because it's more affordable than Wollongong. Although I may be moving back next year if I get into a master's program at the University of Wollongong.
Banks will give mortgages to most people, including those without a formal job. The limitation is how much you can get in a mortgage. On the DSP, the amount I could get loaned from a bank isn't enough to buy many properties because of how bad the housing market is right now.

Surely the bank isn't going to give you a loan, you don't even have a job ?
She is on the DSP like I am and I was approved for a loan, so it is possible.

@@ChristyWithnall that makes sense. So you are probably looking at like $100,000/$200,000 loan. Rather than a full time worker who could get up to 1m?
