As someone who knows a bit about rural UK and Ireland, another thing I can recommend looking for in Ireland is "Dutch" style (arched-roof) barns in farmyards that are either red or green, they are so common in Ireland + NI and less common in the UK (especially the red ones) and quite frequently all buildings including the farmhouse have the same red or green coloured rooves.
39:11 the blue boat made me know INSTANTLY that it was coastal Maine. It killed me when you said NS. that one is probably used for clamming or setting lobster traps. Great game though.
So basically the double central white lines in Spain are used in 2 ways roads and it means neither of the ways can overtake in that section. When one of the ways can overtake, we get a continuous white line for one of the sides, and a discontinuous line for the side that can overtake. And if theres just 1 discontinuous line, it means both sides can overtake. The double line system is usually used in mountain roads or places where its hard to overtake or theres no visibility to perform a safe overtake, so you have a portion for 1 side to overtake, then another portion for the other side to overtake and sometimes none can overtake due to that portion of the road being not safe for any of the sides to overtake
For the Northern California round with the plate debate, one thing that stood out to me was the roofing. In the us I mostly associate the circular orange tile roofing with the palm tree states (Florida, California, Nevada, Arizona,). Not sure if it’s too factual but just speaking as a central Florida native I haven’t really seen roofing like that anywhere else outside of those 4 states
That Bremen location really fucked me up lol. I was like „No shot that’s Germany, it looks so poor. Well it‘s gotta be Brandenburg then.“ Probably one of my worst guesses in Germany
That feeling when you've already been on the exact same location as the picture and you're just like "there's no way, right?" In my case it's 28:51 (i even got pictures lol)
I don't know if any GeoGuesser pros will see this, but if you are in new Zealand and it is especially flat, you will be in the Christchurch area. It is pretty much the only flat part in the entirety of NZ.
I’d love to see a version of this game with all of the non-geographical visual cues removed. Remove all the Google Maps cars from view, all glitches, and any other region specific cheat codes these guys use. So often they don’t even use geographical knowledge. *There shouldn’t be dead giveaways based solely on the color of the Google car, or the type/lack of antenna, rifts in the sky, or any other bs*
You should do a tourney where everyone's guess is taken into account, not just the closest guess of each team. So teams would be forced to guess closer together and take more risks
I don't always like the videos where you include other people talking but this was a good balance of you talking the most with great editing. keep it up :)
never a fan of the multiplier for damage... basically it makes the first few rounds meaningless. Then with 1 single round, someone will be out because they were off, ONE time. Kinda ruins the game i think.... should have flat damage, maybe raised a bit. So with a 1 or 2 good good vs bad gueses you will win. But not just crush someone because you were 100km closer then them on round 6.
@rainbolt you should host a streamers tourny, not that you need more exposure but I'd imagine tons of donations and just strengthening the community. Put 1 pro on each team w three streamers
The damage ramp is bad IMO. Early guesses basically don't matter, late guesses are crazy sensitive random. There should be a grace where you can't go below one HP if you're not on one HP already.
I’m not a fan of this format… it’s almost like you can do everything right and have one round and completely lose? It would be like if in the nba all baskets in the final minute were worth 100 points 😂 I think the better way to do it would be to have every round just be a 3-4x round? The progressive multiplier is fine in casual games but in competitive like this it should be geared to benefit who is better for most of the game - multiple game series would be ideal as well.
What exactly does AI generated mean? Does an AI just create photos out of thin air with charasteristics of a country? Or does it just find really hard spots?
there are tools to generate locations so you dont have to hand pick 100k locations. you can also make it so the bot fixes every location to face the road for nmpz, etc
Why are there certain countries that are NEVER featured in AI gen? Like India, China, Poland? While others seem to be chosen every other turn, like Indo, Philipines, Canada, Russia, Westen Europe, Japan
Oh God I just caught myself shouting out the MVP in the finals and being legitimately happy with the performance....I hated geo when I was in class in high-school. Rainbolt, and everyone else...am I becoming one of you O.o

Average the scores of the best and worst guesses in the team would be interesting
@@vokuheila yeah something like that, only I don't know what the limitations are with the rules you can set in game
The best setting would be average of the score but the worst guess doesn't count. So they could afford to make one risky guess
@@dariocaporuscio8701 I feel that won't change the current strategy that much. There would be still lots of hedging and spreading around probably.
