- Sim Update 10 is out. Here's what's new, different, and how it works in my testing.

First of all - thanks for the video!
The biggest change for me is obviously the performance gain, especially on DX12. The DX12 stuttering has been almost removed. And BTW, if You want to see the difference between DX11 and DX12 - it’s mostly visible in the way the lighting works. So try flying in dusk or at night under the moonlight - and You’ll see it!
Overall, the weather and clouds seems to work much better, which is good assuming that REX Weather Force now crashes the sim completely on my system :)
I was hoping for the weather radar in 3rd parties but it seems like at least PMDG are not happy with the 2D image sim provides so this is deferred till the better times…
The flickering on the ground is still there… nVidia released only Studio driver for 30th series on September 20th, no Game Ready driver yet… I haven’t noticed any significant changes in performance between those, same as I haven’t seen any fixes for the flickering issue…
Haven’t tried GSX or AIG yet - in progress of downloading…
Still no trim indication on G1000nxi…
Well, overall the update is good and I definitely like it, but there’s still a lot to do… which in my opinion is also good!
The fact that since I opted for beta and this is my first go at MSFS, I have zero ideas about what it was like before.
I’m new to FS2022. But have dabbled in FS since 1980’s. I am a casual simmer…I just want the aircraft that I paid extra for to work (eg Longitude).
Anyway, have been hearing a lot about SU10 coming. Now it’s here, and frankly I’m disappointed. The Longitude still sucks, the PT-6 on floats still won’t work correctly on the water, and other things. As you said here, it seems like the main focus was frame rates…but frankly I’m playing on an Xbox SX and the frame rates are awesome. I just want other things to work. Overall, I’m very happy with the Sim, but there are some lingering issues that I wish they would fix.

Hochmania can you make a review of the new E-jet by Aerosoft ? if it's worth it or not. just how you did Fenix. There's a lot of controversy whether it's good or not and I think you are the best youtuber to make a review of it when it comes out.
Great update a lot of features, most users experiencing quality decay with DLSS, I myself own a 3090ti, honestly not real benefit on fps. Hopefully NVidia’s new driver update can fix this. In the meantime, enjoying all other features specially new gust winds and cloud layers on TAA still. Btw, DX12 is not working yet until new drivers
Good to know..I also bought the RTX 3090 and couldn't believe the fuzzy imaging with the DLSS setting. Im only getting 25 fps in cockpit views.

My game keeps quitting when I start world mode, what could help
not seeing any gains on my system yet but it could be that I need to wait for the nvidia driver. 0 fps gains with DLSS, roughly same performance and even slower on Fenix. Multi monitor takes me from 45 fps to 15 fps on two monitors (compared to nvidia surround at 3640x1080). Also still getting a 5-10fps for pulling out system screens (someone reported they fixed it in SU10). at least they didn't break anything! :) (running i7 11700k, RTX 3070, 32GB ram, SSD)

I lost all my mapped controller settings, Velocity One Flight, gamepad, and Hotas One on Xbox Series X. I reinstalled the sim and issue still remains.
For me it was finally using multiple monitors... soon much better.
my 1070 don't work with the new update it says overheating error nividia sucks when new amd cards come out there faster then greedy nividia
Can't fly in the USA. Terrible FPS but everything else is fine. All up to date too. anyone know why?

I play on Xbox… Cloud version. Whatever happened with the update completely screwed my controls. Rudder doesn’t spring back anymore. Pretty much a game breaker for the way I play.

@@ryanpietal6934 I guess we’re not alone at least. I’ve been trying different things in the settings swapping controls all sorts of stuff. No matter how I look at it it’s a game breaker. Last few weeks I’ve been practicing crosswind landings. I can’t even takeoff now… Hopefully they resolve the issue.
Yes Asobo, you have nice clouds, but I have to be critical when they go way overboard like at 5:58
Too extreme in my opinion.
VFR map is blank since update.
You need to update the WT G3000 and the PMS GTN750. This fixed it for me.
