Must be "pack at idle" pump/hydraulics. I personally like the systems that high idle when packing. A big no, no. I see on the right rear side the hopper plug has been removed & it just pours our water/hopper juice! Suprised people don't complain about this.
I worked on a split with organics on the small side. Should've seen the juice from the food & grass come shooting out the side when it was packing out. Covered a few cars in it.
I agree Travis, I work as a garbage man on rear trash truck and get garbage juice on me almost everyday and it's not a big deal. Now if it was my car I may not be happy if it's a bigger amount if it's just a little bit I won't care.

rules of sanitation, if you don't have to collect it, don't collect it. (save space in the truck)
You have a route of 800-1200 homes a day, you don’t have extra time to pick up all that extra stuff
Not their mess. I used to do 2500-3000 stops a day. I wasn't anyone's maid.
