Lovely video, kind lady. I do not know Thai symbols and my device does not have accents for the characters, but here is my attempt, using 'English' keypad:

Chong chaa sounds exactly like Cantonese as in 冲茶,making tea. Are we related ?

I admit that I had to look up the word ปอก (to peel). I'm not positive that it's correct. Is that the right word to use for peeling a banana?
