    Thank you for this very comprehensive video. I am 71 and I, too, love my radio frequency Tripollar VX, as well as my Omnilux LED Mask. Luckily, I have a fairly taut jawline and I find that the RF definitely is helping me stave off skin laxity on the jawline.

      The role genetics play is not to be dismissed - a strong jawline is the best prevention against sagging.

    Hi, Thanks for all your advices. I’m 78. What should I use to reduce wrinkles? Thanks again!

      That depends on what you are already doing: sunscreen and a retinoid as well as a good moisturizer are the foundation. If that is taken care of, maybe try radiofrequency.

    Thanks for another great video. I always appreciate your directness, transparency and honesty! Glad you achieved and maintained the results you wanted. Good on you for stepping up your physical activity. Either way, you look good! As I can't possibly squeeze in another step into my skincare regime, I just use a full body red light therapy so I can target my body, face, eyes, hair and scalp all at the same time. It's also relaxing and improves circulation.

      I have been contemplating one of those as well - anything that requires me to lay down and do nothing for an extended period of time is very intriguing.

      @DoctorAnne Yes, the full body red light therapy panel (with a horizontal stand) is completely relaxing. There are many now on the market but the one I use is from MitoRed.

    You look incredible . Especially losing weight you skin looks firm. Because at our age once we lose weight it really shows in the face I know. But with you doing those devices your skin looks firm. I’ve lost weight in the past and it showed up so much in my face. I panicked so bad wanting a face lift. I did my research did all you’ve done and added micro needling and my skin is so firm weight lose doesn’t show in my face my face stays looking FIRM.

      I love the medicube deepshoot plus I use the amiro turbo device I use the amiro one week then the medicube the next week. But when I just use the medicube deepshot I loved the results. I mainly got the amiro for my the option in the device for my eyes

      @@charlenesimmons5427 I liked the Medicube a lot too, but the RF one does basically the same thing and treats my forehead, so I decided to use just one.

    I bought the medicube Age R Pro and used it pretty consistently for a period of 8weeks.
    Took before and after photos but noticed no changes so I’m dejected now and have stopped using it.
    I don’t really enjoy using it because I feel I have to goop my face up with gel products (for slip purposes otherwise it feels dragging on my skin) I wouldn’t otherwise use (such as their collagen gel).
    I’ve considered the zip halo but for me to risk buying another device I have to think it’s gonna give more than ‘subtle’ results
    I’m 57. Strong jawline (thank my Germanic ancestors lol), no real jowels or obvious crowsfeet since I’ve stayed out of the sun my whole life (hate bright sunlight).
    I have marionette lines and lines on my forehead I’d like to lose and the skin around my mouth is a little looser but not sagging
    Suggestions?
    I really appreciate the way you demonstrate your before and afters.

    • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  2 місяці тому +1

      If I am honest, I don't think anything will get rid of deeper lines other than going the more invasive route. I think my marionette lines have grown softer, but they weren't string to begin with.
      The ZIIP will not give you drastic changes, the Medicube had a stronger effect on my skin and you said it didn't bring much change to yours, so I don't think you'd benefit much either.

      I use Foreo bear and red light therapy. tbh. I'm debating to buy Rf device because of the time and money I spend on those devices, is it worth it? OR is it better to go to an aesthetic clinic to get things done once or twice a year to get the same result? I live in London and unfortunately laser collagen treatment is not available due to regulations but I know it's one of the best way to increase collagen production. Thanks for the video

    • @DoctorAnne
      @DoctorAnne  2 місяці тому +1

      @@sarahmillson1594 Which one is better depends on a lot of factors. But if you will actually go to have the treatments done professionally (which I probably wouldn't because I rarely take the time for things like this), then you are probably better off having it done from a professional.

    None because I can't see any difference for a long term results

      Going invasive would certainly have a more noticeable effect.
