    Mental Health America of Central Carolinas (MHA) talked to local high school and college students, parents and teachers to get their perspective on the U.S. Surgeon General's declaration of a youth mental health crisis. Support MHA's work to prevent suicide, offer supportive programming and provide free mental health education by texting MHAyouth to 71777.

    "It's OK to not be OK for a while." So many important ideas being shared in this video, but that idea resonated the most with me. If you can accept in yourself, you can empower yourself to talk about it with someone and get the help and support you need to get back to being OK. Thanks for this video, MHA!
