Firstly, congrats Mr. Willis. Well deserved. One of my favorite 49ers since the 70's. As to ESPN ratings well I would not pick any of the NFC QB's over Brock.
There's so many Brock haters that even if he would've won the Super bowl he still wouldn't be rated in the top 10 list. In fact he probably would've gone down instead 🙄
I just ignore them now. He can win 10 superbowls and people will still hate him. Kittle just said the haters get lots of clicks. What he has done in a year and a half is amazing.
They did say Purdy and Love have a good chance to jump up in the rankings. They are downgraded due to less games played. I may not agree, but it is a reasonable argument. But then when you look at the AFC QB rankings, they have CJ Stroud ranked higher with even less experience.
These ratings are useless, just look at history. Look where Brady was picked, looked where Purdy was picked, look at Warren Moon who was missed completely and played in the CFL first, look at Kurt Warner another guy that was completely missed. Whatever these experts use to evaluate they get it wrong more than they get it right. How many first round or even first pick QBs have washed out ..... I just ignore all that crap. Watch the games and make your own evaluation.
So basically all based on appearance and “potential” instead of actual performance. Maybe a little bit based on length of career. Unreal how effin blind these “experts” are. 😂
