These guys are on such another level that if you try to use this info to beat them, you get clobbered just as hard anyway lmaoo
whos this zain guy seems pretty good
@@shironashikyo1297 lmao hello new vtuber and homie who plays Marth
@@FirePuff12 That's a meme quote lol.
The f throw near ledge to combo into run off dair is such a sick mixup with upthrow
one of your best videos! seeing the small intricacies of fox/marth at the highest level is soooo amazing

Fox: Why are you running?
I like Zains use of up airs to get juicy reversals. Hope he plays like this in the upcoming tournaments
It's hard to keep in mind that when they're combing each other it's like two top 3 players managing to lock each other down with no counter play because their choices are so perfect
cody seems a lot less salty about this matchup now and seems to be enjoying figuring it out, good for him
He's just bad at losing. Everytime he loses, he throws a big tantrum and that's what turns me down about him.
@@shorthopdoublelasers4168 except for every time he loses in this video lol
@@electromagneticlemon They're playing friendlies. I meant it in a tournament setting.
It’s amazing to see two greats collaborating to train together and learn from each other
I say this with complete respect, but iBDW’s fox looks beyond annoying to play. His speed, his follow ups, and his defensive play are all so fast and optimized. Damn I’d suffer if I had to play him.
i dont think its disrespectful to say that, it shows that youre capable of willingly acknowledging a man's skill. that itself is a trait worthy of respect
i get annoyed when I lose so the style wouldn't matter lol if it works I am annoyed haha all depends on the day haha
@@spimbles yeah having it said that someone is annoying to play should be taken as a compliment. They say that a lot in chess too like, “this guys defense is so annoying.” -really means it’s good
iBDW is starting to have some amazing fox plays... Never could watch him before but this past year it has been great to see
Idk if I just haven't noticed it before, but Zain is getting instant upairs way more consistently and extending shit off of them
imagine getting read and having to hear ibdw giggle in your ear
Hell yeaaahhhh Marth content BABAY
10:12 cc shine into cc double shine lmao
What other esport is as difficult to master as melee?
I would say maybe Starcraft BW?
people often say counterstrike
@@evanpowers1537 cs is the only other one i think is in the same conversation
@@chrisdrums1910 Quake, and more specifically Quake Live
gunz the duel although that game is dead
cs, starcraft, maybe valorant. thats about it tbh
Hoping we get longer vids from top player sessions, definitely NOT cause I’m trying to steal stuff
yo let me drop some midwest smash knowledge, smash64 player ajdude has the best smash di ive ever seen a human perform, we're talking 4-5 inputs ez. you hold your left thumb steady at the angle you want between your notches then you flex your right arm just right so it vibrates and you rattle the controller against the stick. you dont need to change your grip or anything, but you do have to use your whole arm.
0:52 that's not OK Zain, let the man have a safe hit without you being actionable...jeeez
Wizzy shakes his controller to DI? Melee is amazing
Yep it's called wank di. You can get a lot of sdi inputs by shaking the controller
Pretty sure Wizzy’s sdi technique comes from 64. At the very least the technique of shaking the controller instead of the stick is something 64 players do
You see similar stuff in Tetris, at least in the sense that they move their controller with the finer on the button itself staying still.
Is it wrong that I still consider Zain the best player in the world right now
Cody’s so annoying
3:20 - 3:35 is the most “Unranked” sequence of events that I have ever seen
they’re breaking their pro player habits by utilizing the ancient arts of the low level unranked win quit top tier player
