  • We recently installed a DCR Pump Conversion on our 2023 High Output Ford Super Duty for validation testing. What better way to test it than a 562-mile drive down to the Stanadyne plant in South Carolina where the DCRs are built.

Y’all are true pioneers saving the 6.7. To bad Ford can’t admit they made a mistake especially with the price there charging for the machines

installed my dcr pump about a month ago, already have 8k miles on it. Couldn't be happier with the peace of mind. 2017 f250 with 320k on it now. CP4 was a ticking time bomb so swapped it out before it left me stranded.

I spent 30 years as the manufacturing engineering manager for a very large defense company. Watching this video brought back a lot of great memories. Based on my experience, I can honestly say that this product, factory, and people doing the work have hit a home run. I'll be installing my S&S DCR very soon.

I had Arod install the DCR on my brand new 2024 F350 Tremor HO. Truck had 700 total miles on it by the time I got it to Arod's last month. I'm over 4k miles on it since then and it's been flawless. The peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about the CP4 pump is worth it. We use the truck to pull an over land trailer so becoming stranded out in the pucker brush is something we try to avoid at all costs. Thank you to S&S for their wonderful product and to Arod for a perfect install.

So you're the guy who beat us to it?..haha. Thank you for trusting the DCR and for blazing the trail. Not sure if Arod told you, but your truck was the first 2023/2024 to get a DCR that we know of... with our own 2023 coming in at a close second. Great to hear that it's working as intended, you never know considering the changes that were made with the 2023/2024 High Outputs. Please send us photos of your rig way out in the bush (info@ssdiesel.com). Thank you for your business!

@@SSfueled Yup. Took a chance after talking to you guys and Arod. Seemed like a low risk high reward scenario. Happy to report the results are as expected so far. As expected means my elevated expectations based on the outstanding in depth reviews you guys put on. As expected meaning the truck runs perfect. As expected meaning peace of mind knowing my fuel system is no longer at risk and my likelihood of becoming stranded is reduced to near nothing at least as far as the fuel system goes. I couldn't be more pleased. While maybe not necessary in a new truck it sure is a good feeling having it done and done right. Thanks again

Nice guys! Love seeing this happening right here in the US and creating jobs. To me, that's more important than the price tag.
Installed my DCR pump last December. 2016 F350 CP4 had 150k miles on it. I've used a lubricity additive since day one and I firmly believe that's the reason the CP4 lasted as long as it did. I'll continue to use the additive and can feel confident about my 6.7 going forward! Looking forward to when you announce a dcr conversion for the ecodiesels :)

having it installed on my 2020 with 35k miles and should be picking it back up today from your recommended california LA area shop. they did have the best price and considering i dont have all the tools and factoring in my time they are reasonable compared to others.
all i can say is do it before you need it.

I wish I could express the peace of mind having this pump gives me .
If you’re on the fence, this is a no-brainer your tow bill and repair would be way more than what this pump will cost you. I received one of the very first pumps and it has worked flawlessly well worth the money. Great job guys.

Being that these pumps were originally intended for larger engines being bigger bore. When are we gonna see a stroker version of this. There might be a big crowd probably holding out on buying a dcr just waiting for that to be available.

We're putting all of our focus on the CARB compliant reliability solution for now. There may be competition only variants in the future.

We are currently working with CARB on this. We do not have a firm timeline, but we are hopeful that this will happen later this year. Our plan is to announce this once we have achieved our goal of receiving a CARB EO#.

If I owned a newer CP4 pump ford I would NOT delay in getting this pump.. 2K for the pump is cheap and installation is like 5-600 bucks so around 3K all in you are set for life.. till the upper oil pan leaks, or the transmission goes out but they are low buck item compared to the fuel system.

Now if you can perfect the product with changing the dimple to a key way clocking design to eliminate any chance of failure on the dcr pump. Then I would purchase one for my truck.

We always strive for a prefect product and that usually requires revisions/improvements over time. While the current timing procedure is not as foolproof when compared to a keyway, we do not have any durability concerns in regards to pump timing; it is for audible NVH improvement. We look forward to earning your business with a perfect product when the shaft has a keyway.
