If it was too high you went to a different department till it came down.

That's why they are made in a third-world country with the cheapest labor. I bet I pay more for "recycling" a battery mandated by the government than these guys make in a day or week. The lead that comes out of my old battery gets sold back for a profit to create new ones, so I can pay more than they make in two to three months. While we get taxed for not polluting, nothing is done to clean up the pollution in these places.

Its only a handful of places and its all majority owned by China. These places have Zero environmental regulations or human rights. In areas with slaves. But the product seems reliable. Lots of quality control is a good thing. But the health of the workers would be important. This would require more attention. More protective equipment and more air purification in the immediate work environment. A healthy worker makes fewer mistakes. Few errors result in a reliable product. A reliable product is easy to sell.

Some areas of the floor should be covered in water so as to keep the lead dust controlled. Masks should be worn in many areas. The grid machines used to be a pain to work with. The pasting machine can also be temperamental. It takes a certain amount of skill set to keep things running. That was my daily challenge. Back then, the way Batteries were made was fairly primitive in comparison to European standards were battery grids are pressed out from rollers. It is interesting in this outdated method still being applied 😅 I do wonder if these guy's get their 3 monthly blood lead coint checked? Lead in yoir blood is hazardous..
Looks like proprer factory, but they dont have a clue what is lead poisoning, working without proper ventilation with just cheapest surgery masks with gloves without fingers with constant skin contact with lead. The sad fact they are producing only basic flooded battery, nothing special and marking it as deep cycle and solar which is not truth. This 200Ah battery should weight 40-50kg, or 35kg without electrolyte but guys putting them in boxes looks like it weight way less.

Ehhhh por lo menos los bañaron eso es un avance.
Those are 120Ah, so they weigh maybe 25-30kg completely filled which is easily manageable. A 220Ah has about 60kg
