@Bill Bradford Yep, we are brothers! Thanks to Lucas and Terry Barentsen, I've got to love speed riding, personally I ride MTB Giant Terrago 1 with slick tires, its pretty fast too))
It´s amazing how calm the drivers are! You know the traffic in europe, they are bike "friendly" as long as they dont meet bikes in traffic. And we would get catched by the police within 10min when we get onto a highway ;)
That's how it is in so many other cities here, and yes the more infrastructure a city has for bikes, the worse drivers treat riders when we do need to mix with traffic

Flying flags on boats s usually telling of a couple things depending on the flags location on the boat. I'm not exactly sure of the specifics, but I know people will typically fly the country of origin, the flags of any passengers on board and the destination country. They sell flag kits online that have tons of them.
Exactly and it used to be a lot more regimented, also sometimes we'll fly a flag because it's a holiday in another country that we enjoyed in the past, for example I flew the El Salvadorian flag on Nov. 2nd for All Souls Day
I recently bought a single speed bike but would like to get average top speed of at least 17 mph. Besides getting better in health shape, would changing the cog ring in the front and back make a difference? I am currently averaging 13 mph.
Lucas Brunelle according to the specs online, my bike is running a 42 x 17. I’ll probably try a 52 x 17. I know top speed causes slower acceleration. My goal is to use this bike for long distance, 30-40 miles.
So I understand that people are cool with you riding on the street on that highway-ish part, but why bother if you have an awesome (and seemingly safe) bike lane? No hate, just curious. Also thank you for the cool content.
