Very beautiful but with some oddities like the refrigerator in a separate room. And the kitchen sink is on the opposite side. Windows are nice but more privacy is needed. Not sure how to perform maintenance on the ceiling lights above the fireplace.

Never understood the amount of vine in the house. The family of alcoholics 😆? Plus this glass and white tile...kids plus dogs good luck with that! Grey walls...how much longer? Why gas stove? So you can smell and inhale stinky gas. Electromagnetic stove please. Blinds for the windows? Yeah, that would be a very expensive headache.
Positive things. I love the island in the kitchen, the accent wall in the bedroom wow! The front door is beautiful!

Sink on opposite side, could be if your children are outside to see them, but also to keep clutter from being seen directly. The fridge in the prep kitchen is a good idea as well for dinner parties.

I would, but I would like to see more Integrity Homes products. Are they building more homes in this community. I expect the house will sell for $1.395 million, and the house would sell for that 1.395 in Charlotte.

Overpriced!
We will see. There is no such overpriced property… I sold many “overpriced” homes - The property is worth as much as someone is willing to pay. The only problem is it’s financing- banks will always try to decrease the value, but no problem if it’s a cash buyer - and we have them more often these days.
Super elegant home. Interesting window placement. Master tub in front of a window to soak and survey your domain. Perfect. Home is bright and that front sitting area is unique.

1.5mil and the door don't open properly 13:00. Some very questionable design decisions have been made here, form over function in most cases.

Agree… looks clean! If I decide to build my next house, the sink will be on the side as well🤩
Not practical or useful to not have a functioning island. If you want to chop and clean vegetables while cooking you have to walk to other side where the dirty dishes are? Makes no sense. Not everything has to be changed.
@@nicoles9077 I don’t think it’s an issue… but I would like to have a scullery-prep back kitchen for cooking and keep that front beautiful kitchen clean 😍
@@RutkowskiRobert respectfully disagree. It’s not an issue if you don’t cook. Most importantly at $1.5 million why lessen the functionality of a kitchen. I wouldn’t mind the layout if it was a starter home and you get what you get. $1.5 million- it’s called basic standards my friend. Great video work btw.
