Thanks for taking the time to show us around. I'm from San Antonio but live in a house 10x cheaper than this lol. Please ignore the negative comments btw. You guys are great.
@@JomerTB 👋🏼 thanks for the kind words! We too do not live in a home like this and just love to share some of the stunning homes we have the honor of selling. Weird to see some people comment negatively but I guess it makes them feel better about themselves! Stay tuned as next week we tour a gorgeous $4M listing we are going live with! And for the record we sell in ALL price ranges here in San Antonio! Thanks again for giving us props 🙌🏼
Definitely a dream-style house. I like the views and especially love how it's not multi-story. The only draw back is that the driveway is up a fairly steep hill and would have preferred a smoother "runway" if you will to the estate.
@@infini.tesimo well views were on their list. Elevated views, so with that unfortunately comes some topographical challenges that any home would have. But I get what your saying about the long runway 👍🏼

@@hollycampbell9914 oh no friend, you are good. What we also meant by over the top is sometimes the design selections can be “too much” hence the over the top comment. But yes, their story is amazing
The home is awesome. Got so many complainers in the comments. You don't have to like 100% of something to say it's awesome. Complainers are just broke people that have to talk down on things to feel a lil better about their subpar lives. Stop complaining, focus your attention on a goal, be grateful in life & you'll make some money. Then you won't have to worry about spending an extra million here or there, you'll just be appreciative of things.
@@VishalRaoOnUA-cam No not really. Years ago it was Dominion and for the most part it will still hold that title. That being said, over the years, many other subdivisions have opened up that are home to very high end subdivisions but don’t have the Country Club or prestige that Dominion has.
An Amazing Custom home! But can someone remind that lady this is not California or Las Vegas we're in Texas 😂😂😂 that is a Texas size Custom Mansion! Made in Texas LMAO...
The "fit" of the icemaker ar the bar says all you need to know about the build quality and attention to detail on this project. What a disgrace for an allegedly high end property.
@@wangbang2007 why don’t you like Stone Oak? It’s a four minute drive to his office that he owns and a three minute drive to other family members so it was convenient for him.
@TheRoPaxGroup too far to any decent golf course. Sonterra is worst shape out if any private club currently and canyon springs is minimum 5 hour round. Stone oak was maybe nice 10 years ago but now it's "fake" nice as we call it
@@wangbang2007 we own 3 homes in Sonterra. The club just got bought and the course looks the best it has in ages! I agree with you in the past that it looked bad. As for the “fake” comment…not tracking. There are some insane homes in the Stone Oak area. We know as we have sold many of them 🚨
Instead of saying nothing in this house is normal you should substitute ordinary. Also a shame a few of the trees couldn't have been saved! The grounds look terrible!
@@gilbert3938 great choice of words. Thank you. 🙏🏼 as for the trees, they had to carve out a flat spot to build the house. Took almost 5 months to do that since it was the side of a hill. There was no way to not do that so unfortunately trees had to go. And with the landscaping only 45 days old it will mature and fill in.
@@TheRoPaxGroup Sad this isn't a track home if you wanted a flat piece of land why build on a hillside? A little more effort & design up the slope with different views as you go up & around what trees may be worth saving would have been better.
@@gilbert3938 but they didn’t want a flat piece of land…they wanted views. With that comes excavation for a build site which of course would mean some trees have to go. Pretty common. Been selling land and homes for 34 years and this is the norm for anyone wanting a view.
The problem, and it may be the only problem, is that the home is in San Antonio. I would be willing to bet the architect and builder would be wise to sell this plan and build on the coasts.
@@erikj.nuveenmddmd6557 well there are some absolutely amazing homes all over San Antonio of this magnitude and even larger. When the owner must live in our great city it just is what it is. As for the plans, these are all very custom one off home designs when you start spending this level of money. I would venture to guess this level of home on the west coast depending on the city would be double to triple the cost
The home can speak on it's own. It's obviously a show stopper but it's kind of tacky to monogram the stem wear in the formal dining area (DG) and a over the top Versace comforter to name a few. The branding was a little bit much. They don't need to drive home the fact that they can afford the best.😮
@@bodyloverz30 funny thing is this is not a modern. This is considered a transitional design and would not at all be considered a modern box by anyone in design
