I love watching your installations, but I have to say your personal garden videos where you're cleaning up and resetting are my favorites. So inspiring and relaxing. I wish this video was 3x as long as it is! Thank you for sharing your art with us Laura!
Yes Laura we that that don't live in the land of milk and honey do live through u watching your show. You not only give us beautiful 🌞 sunny skies but also your own personal sunshine which is a joy thankyou
I am on the North East Coast and I am a succulent lover. Trying to live thru your garden but i manage to have a potted garden , amazing though seeing the difference of my pots compared to the true potential of these plants in your garden. My favorite videos are of you in your own garden working, i seem to learn so much...🙏 Thank you Laura for being such a cool gardening chick!!! 💕
OMG....you're getting there??? I believe you have ARRIVED! Your garden is ginormously gorgeous! I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder but to my eyes, I see beauty everywhere you take us on walkabout Wednesdays. I would like to see a longer video when you're puttering in your garden. Seems like the time goes so fast.
"Garden of Death" / Succulent & Cacti Nursery!! I absolutely love, love ALL of your videos, but my ABSOLUTE favorites are when you are in your garden. These videos are just so relaxing. They motivate me to get up and get out in my own garden. Thanks and I am looking forward to more of your garden videos this week
.I actually don’t have a garden anymore, but instead pots with plants, and that has to be my favorite thing to do.Clean and cut dead leaves. It is indeed very satisfying.
I love all your work, whether orchestrating a gigantic slope like the Oceanside project or resetting your Fred Ives. Yes, picking all the detritus aka dead leaves is soooo rewarding.😍😍😍
i live in zone 7 so I can't grow all the wonderful succulents that you do but I have MANY Hens & Chicks. On our nicer days I've been pulling them out, spraying the Mealy bugs and cleaning up all the dead leaves on them and have to say it is very rewarding. I'm the only one who can see a change in them but who cares. Only problem is, they are SO small after a clean up but have loads of babies to spread around.
I did NOT know that ants vector mealy bugs and aphids! Thanks for passing that along! You working in your own garden are my favorite videos. I hope you get all day to work and piddle in the garden! So restorative.
You and your garden brought me so much joy during lock down. When you said you would be in your garden all week it made me happy! I hope the videos will be a little longer. You do you😉
That saying , “ One man’s trash is another man’s treasure “ , is so true here. I couldn’t believe you ripped out all of thst beautiful Fred Ives ): I have only one scraggly specimen hanging off of an urn , like a trailing Ivy , and I’m just so proud. Lol I guess my climate here is just not suited to Echeveria , graptoveria, or graptopetalum because I’ve tried for 4 years with zero luck. So I’ll let my lone Fred Ives do his thing as long as he wants(:
Hi Laura, I look forward to spending the week with you in your garden. Have you gotten your pond working yet. I think it was going to be a big project to getting to the pump.
I bet your week will fill up. I would be very interested in seeing you work on the bed with the driftwood, the one that is kind of an art piece. Red? I think it is over by the Garden of Death.
Good morning to you vary nice succulents they all so beautiful and amazing plants collection lovely garden hi Mrs Laura I'm one love to know if there's any way I can get or buy some of your succulent have a blessed day
Hi Laura, I somehow like the hot mess. The combination of the undulata and spilling Fred Ives caught my fancy. The colours offset each other so well. I will try to replicate that and hope mine grow as messy as yours 😀 Says something about my taste doesn't it. I love your garden though, whichever way it is.
ahhh, yes... i've been doing my hard cutback all over my yard (you live or you die, i can replace you! ha).. but as you know, everything about my gardens is based on size control.. feels so good to get out there and feel like i'm in control (for a week at least)... i do love your gardens.. and i totally understand the cleanup OH WHAT A GREAT feeling.. however, my eye is drawn to that waterfall of echeveria (is that right? i'm such a newbie!) behind you cascading toward your pond.. the bright green of the kiwi and then that beautiful drift of succulents just reaching for the pond... i love that! totally off track: a picture of that would make a great (and difficult) jigsaw puzzle...oy, my brain. have a great week at home!! :)
I love these videos…enjoying your own garden. But, I have to admit…it pains me to see viable leaves being thrown away….can we have a fan favorite giveaway box of Laura Eubanks Land of Milk and Honey propagation kits?
Hi Laura-- LOVE maintenance videos - especially this close to spring. Curious about the undulata, which is great but I'm surprised you aren't cutting/resetting it so it's smaller?
my babysitter when i was a kid had a giant pine tree in her backyard. it's great for shade, but the amount of crap that fell from it completely covered the grass under it until it just died
Do you keep those Fred Ives stalks w roots(that you cut the heads off of and re-planted) and let them sprout buds or are you just so stocked up at this point you just chuck em?
Hey there! So I wanna pick ur brain if I may🤔 So listen my home is in Simi Valley ( neighboring Thousand Oaks) and my “garden” is south facing to the sun And the sun is blaring on it all day long No shade Unless it’s cloudy or whatever Right?! Ok so I’ve been experimenting with different plants out there to see which can handle it and so far my aloe Cameronii my alluode procera and my agave Americana can hang I have a milli red and its “ pouting” pretty bad Anyways should I just stick to cactus and aloes/agaves for my front lawn?? Or do u have any suggestions as to which other succs can take the sun Cuz I can only imagine how summer is gunna be Yikes’ Thanks a million Laura

Would love to see what the garden looked like 10 years ago and compare it to now. Do you have an photos of what it was originally like?
Great idea
Aww I want to watch more of what you’re doing. So enjoyable to see you work in your own garden.

I’m loving how often we are getting videos 🥰
aaaah I love the sound everytime Laura cuts her plantssss.. so satisfying!!
I could watch you in your garden 24/7.❤️❤️
You made me go out to the trash and retrieve some Fred Ives I tossed yesterday . I’ll find a place for them after all. 😇
I'll go outside to throw out trash and wind up in the garden for a few hours reworking something! Love your garden videos.
Pine needles are the bane of my existence too. 😂 A constant battle.
Love your garden. So beautiful!

"Ants in your Plants?" has gotta be the basis of some new merch! Use it for free. More great chat and information. Thanks!
Love it!
I love those giant Fred Ives. Sooo beautiful 😍

My gardening dream is to have a plant or part of my garden grow so well that Laura would call it a hot mess 😄
.I actually don’t have a garden anymore, but instead pots with plants, and that has to be my favorite thing to do.Clean and cut dead leaves. It is indeed very satisfying.
Sorry to hear about your next job being postponed but so excited that you have a week to work in my favorite garden. 🤩
I have a pot of Fred Ives I'm praying will get as big as yours some day. I absolutely love them. Started with one mother plant and now I have TEN!
I love succulent because i feel very happy when surrounded by them.i always inspired by u.tq
If you don’t want the rest of those Freds, you can send them to me 😂😅❤️ looks gorgeous Laura!
I think these are some of my favorite videos also in your own garden. I’ve learned so much from you Laura! ☺️ Thank you!
Please don't call it a garden of DEATH, but rather a garden of HOPE. Love you.
I always learn and relearn the basic lessons of succulent gardening when you do these simple projects. Love it!
I love seeing you do new projects but also love your own back yard and hear about the history of what you’ve done.
Wed walk about. ❤️
Your positive attitude is such an inspiration!
I have Fred Ives envy !! I have some small plants . Looks like I need to treat them tough !! I CAN grow the undulata. Thankyou from Australia 🌵🪴🌿

Love your garden ♥️♥️♥️👏👏👏👏

Can’t wait to expand my succulent garden this summer.

This is so fun to watch ✨❤🥰
I mean… I will happily take some of those Fred Ives cuttings from ya if you come back through central california. 😆
Hermosa suculenta, como siempre acompañada de valiosos consejos para su cuidado. Gracias por compartir 😀👍🏽👏🏽
Miss lLaura now will all this time, you going to fix your fountain? We need to hear the water sound is so relaxing……😜
Love this small, simple little project. It was a welcome respite after that gigantic, wonderful hillside project. Loved them both.
Such a treat having you every day.
Hi Laura, I look forward to spending the week with you in your garden. Have you gotten your pond working yet. I think it was going to be a big project to getting to the pump.
Thanks for introducing me
To the undulata
Am a huge fan of no brainers

You're the best.
Yes - pine trees are the bane of my existence too! We have an entire ROW of Pune trees behind my backyard wall. 😒😤
Must be nice to be able to plant succulents in the dirt outside...I live in TX and it still gets 20°
I love my Fred Ives! I haven’t had much time to get out in my garden either and I’m looking forward to cleaning the detritus and discovering babies! 🥰
Since you're home may we do a Laura After Dark please please please!

😂😂😂❤️
i too enjoy to see your work
I live in Riverside and would like to know where you buy your rocks and boulders😀
Hey Laura , I really love crested succulents, could you please do a video all about your crests and how long they take to grow ???
I love these videos…enjoying your own garden. But, I have to admit…it pains me to see viable leaves being thrown away….can we have a fan favorite giveaway box of Laura Eubanks Land of Milk and Honey propagation kits?
I worry about that poor Ech. Dudleya. Looked sad when we saw it last time
Oh Laura...even your hot messes are a thing of beauty❣🙂
Hi Laura-- LOVE maintenance videos - especially this close to spring. Curious about the undulata, which is great but I'm surprised you aren't cutting/resetting it so it's smaller?
You should do a succulent giveaway. I would love that reddish one you got behind you.
Hint hint. Just kidding. Love your vids
Just wondering if you are going to have your waterfall fixed? It was so nice to hear it when you were out puttering in the garden.
Love you Laura
How to get rid of grass that has gone full blown because on the rain. I live in northern California. I want to spray. It's too much to pull.
👍

Word🙄😫

I’ll save some and chuck some. I am, indeed, a bit over saturated!
I love when you work in your garden. I think that’s my fave part actually.
Consider “Garden of Hope” instead of Garden of Death” 🙂
Or “Garden of Last Chances”😁
haha i cut down my 35ft pine tree. it was close to the wall too. $700 buks later.
What about snowing days? All of my succulents died!!! 😭❄️

Yes!
You can have all of the aloes, agaves, portulacaria, cactus and dasylirions that your yard can hold🎉
👋😃
Maybe you could take the extra Fred Ives to the installation with no budget for plants.
you cut off its feet not its head
Sorry, but i dont like. 3big Roses in the shade :(
