Step 1- Unzip leg from bottom upto just above the knee and spread out flat
Step 2- Unfold the bottom 1 inch of Velcro
Step 3- Fold up the velcro to the desired height and press down to latch the velcro
Step 4- Connect the interior ankle waterproofing and Zip down the leg
