- What up friends! I’ve had several comments and questions about the fermenter I use. Today we’re reviewing exactly that…the @KegLand FermZilla All Rounder 30L Fermenter. I bought all of this equipment from @MoreBeer_ with my own money, and everything arrived on-time and damage free.
This is not a new product, in fact it’s been around for several years. But this piece of kit changed the way I brew, or ferment at least. There are several different options and styles, but the one I use allows me to ferment under pressure and perform a no-oxygen transfer to my keg. This has been invaluable as all beer can be negatively impacted by oxygen, but especially NEIPA’s.
This fermenter will not help you make better beer, but it certainly could help or ease your fermentation and packaging process.

I love mine! My tank “expired” but I’m still using it for traditional fermentation with maybe 3psi max for transfers, still works like a charm. Being able to see the beer as it ferments is a game changer for knowing when the yeast is working, when to ramp temps, when fermentation is fully done so you can cold crash, etc. I know stainless looks nice and is easy to clean, but I wish they had windows or something so you could see the beer lol. Ease of cleaning. Love how fast it cleans up. And that you can get your whole arm in to clean it thoroughly.

Easy way to get lid off… undo the collar a little and pop a bit of pressure in it with your CO2, will pop off and then you can slowly undo the collar.

I have a non pressure rated Fermzilla flat bottom. Been thinking of snagging up an All Rounder or finding an extra 5 gallon ball lock keg to convert into a pressure fermenter.
An extra keg would be a great option too! Can’t go wrong either way man! Cheers 🍻
