Been with Evan since the very beginning of them when they use to be a lot slower but hit hard and wide. Still even got the original outfit. Glad to see them getting quite a nice big buff.
Evan is my first 200 and main class, these changes looks great! Spiral of mana is finally a toggle. I guess I will be returning to maplesea when saviour is out.
i think the key command is changed to down+cast instead of cast+down+cast and you have the option to keybind the skill directly to your keyboard instead but everything on the change is unclear so i need to play with it to confirm, but that is what i gathered from translations
I feel like the main reason Evan mains began dropping off was less the damage and more just how overly complicated they became. I would have kind of wished they'd simplify the class a little bit in a revamp, but hopefully this will help people wanting to play Evan.
I dont think Nexon should have to simplify classes that are meant to be more intensive. Having characters that vary in complexity and simplicity are key to any game. There are plenty of "simple" classes. The key part is being REWARDED for more effort, I.e. increasing the damage of more complex classes. Plenty of people fancy the more interactive classes as long as they are adequately rewarded for it. Increasing Evan's damage output is definitely one of the better moves.
@@Roflmao6173 Perhaps, but many people who played Evan prior to their revamp were turned off by the massive shift in play style. It may have been better to make a new class to have that kind of play style rather than change entirely how a class plays. I know a few people who loved the Evan class before the revamp and haven't played them much since.
@@Roflmao6173 very much agree. I used to main an evan and I loved the play style, but when my adele was dealing twice the damage with half the funding and with about 2 clicks, I just got discouraged
i actually prefer the current evan more than the pre-revamp version where it had like 10 job advancements. the old evan was just so boring to play, but that's prob just me lol.
Training is easy to level 200 the only part I found somewhat of struggle was from lvl 175 to 185 after 185 it's easy because of new maps and monsters. Lol , great video !
That is the maple guide reward one, so all you should have to do is open the maple guide, and in the level content tab, underneath the level ranges you should see a "Reward" button. Click it and recieve the reward and it should complete the quest.
Doing the arcane pq weekly, does it mean that we get all the symbols we would for a whole week or is it just the normal amount per day? And if it is 3 per week, can we still reduce it based on our arcane river progress? Secondly, do we get normal muto rates if its just normal muto?
This is a great buff for Evan, I'll be enjoying these buffs by looking at my Evan in the legion grid every now and then!

Jus started an Evan and am having an absolute blast. These changes make me even more excited to commit to him :D
Thank you Coppersan. Merry Christmas!
Yes i agree that this class should have higher dmg ceiling due to its complexity
As an Evan main, this update was WELL overdue. The lack of damage from Evan was just so bad.

I can't wait for the next character "Subscribeee"
About time they adjust the 200~259 exp curve.

man i wish they would update the resistance calass. im wating for a rebuff for xenon.
They need to increase the length of buffs, and also amount of time you can leave mir out by quite abit.
With the overall nerf of mages plus this Evan buff he maybe the best mage at the current meta can you believe
is there a step-up event guide video to look into.. I seem to stuck on lvl 35 no idea what the mission want me to do.

it is 45 symbols per week
Took them this long to realize evan needed more damage, but nonetheless, I still can't see myself vibing with the playstyle of evan.
Man, I haven’t played this game in years but I have so many characters like this that I would love to come back and finish out grinding
This is great but when is magic guard goimg to become passive? It's really annoying
0:21 another hyperburning to level 250? :O
yes
I don't even have the option to make Evan lol, was wondering what happened to him
glad i'm not the only one who thought evan's damage sucked until 4th job xD
Netherlands still banned from trading?
so glad my evan is 210 and i wanted to main it while everyone keeps telling me it sucks lmao. hero classes ftw
theres a hyper burn on KMS right now?
Yep!
