first time i heard mxpx was in 1999..it was still cassette tape....i got hold of Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo..and to the fact that i live in a 3rd world country before..finding them was priceless...been a fan since... #coolstory

All thumbs up. Why, because MXPX is great, and in my opinion, highly underrated. These guys are Humble people who play good music and treat their fans right. I'll never forget, they played a show in Anaheim California at a large church, it was right when they released Teenage Politics. While they were on break they were hanging out in the hallway adjacent to the stage and took time to greet their fans and show their appreciation for us being there. Mike was a cool guy and really took the time to talk to people. I was asking him if he was going to play anything off Pokinatcha that night in the set and he said, "Stick around, we have a surprise at the end for you guys." They played "Think Twice" near the end of the show. However, nothing sounded better than them playing, "Punk Rawk Show" they played it fast and loud and I got my a** handed to me in the mosh pit haha.

Tooth and Nail records back in the day was a great label....loads of good bands and music was the result. 👍🏻
