I could see if the husband were the party that had initiated sexual infidelity that led to irreconcilable difference and divorce, then yes child support and a certain level of alimony. Some women want the right to chose, but choose to either step outside of a legal union or reject the father of their child as a partner, they are also choosing to declare that they are capable of financial independence, as well. Fathers have very little to , very arguably, oppressed rights of property when it comes to paternal affairs and their ability to raise their children.

I've been in love a few times, and some my parents may not have approved of, but I would never have considered murdering my parents. This girl was old enough to know what she was doing. Neither one should ever see the light of day again.
It sounds that their parents may have had such a toxic and unhealthy relationship that sierra never saw her dad with respect or that he had value. Everything about the trial sounds like the mother was a monster and showed her girls their father was “weak” and “worthless”, showing absolute apathy to her children. If she’s conditioned that her fathers life has no value, she’d view everyone else accept her own and her significant other as long as he was in her control. This is learned behavior, children dont grow up and feel this way, suddenly, and just decide to respond in such an evil manner without remorse. They develop a sense of entitlement, when parents or guardians don’t teach respect, civility, and sacrifice. Poor Daniel was murdered, but at least he’s at peace in his soul, without his ex wife constant torment on his life. I encourage any grown adult, even if the father/mother has wronged you and is a bad person, please do not belittle and undermine the father/mother of your children. Be an adult and operate under civility and sacrifice of ego, to show your children the type of adult they should become as well.

There are little things that I really despise in this world, and two of them are betrayals and parents putting themselves first in divorce over children, as if children were mere property. Imagine the damage that happened to this girl's head, spending a good part of her childhood with her father, then being extremely distant from him and living with the man that her mother probably betrayed her husband, maybe she also spoke badly or made bad jokes with him. ex-husband's name in front of her children, and even after she was older and reached a certain level of independence she still came to be seen as a great prize to be disputed... Wow, I guess you never know what your children are capable of, but I do see a girl who is extremely immature, and self centered probably due to her family being ripped apart by her mother's infidelity. Her mother's personality plays into who, and what her daughter became as the she had no morals, and was self centered to the point of being sociopathic. The daughter is, obviously, a sociopath, who just happened to meet, and fall in love with another sociopath which is a match made in hell! This is an ongoing case with a sentence that belies reality as the agreed prison time is just 22 years to life when it should have been either the death penalty, (I am against the death penalty because far to many on death row are actually innocent, 4% to be exact) or life without parole. As I said, the case is ongoing, and I can't find anything on the ultimate outcome. The judge has the authority to throw out the agreement, and decree whatever sentence he deems appropriate. My prayers are out to Daniel's family, and friends. This is a devoted father who had far more than his share of disappointments in life, and didn't deserve this final outcome. 👍✌🙏
When push comes to shove if someone is found without a doubt guilty of a horrendous crime deserves the death penalty, why should we pay for them to live eat and sleep with our tax money 💰.

As you can see Daniel's social media posts were not a facade Jamel, he was the innocent victim and probably wasn't all that different than you in many ways. I had seen this video before and even heard about it when it happened and this still blows my mind in ways that are of course not good since not even being able to trust your own kids is hard to wrap ones head around but thats what mental health issues can lead to in some extreme cases I guess sadly.
