This video was very useful indeed so thank you
I watched this while I was dying my hair with purple haze 😊 I’m glad you put this up because a lot of people were saying it only lasts a few washes and I was worried it would just wash right out 😂 the colour really suits you btw
this video is just what I was looking for. thank you so much for this, you're amazing!!
Thank you so much for this video, documenting how many hair washes, especially on natural hair is extremely helpful and l very much appreciate it :) l really liked the effect in your braid, many thanks
Gosh that is a gorgeous colour,l actually like it deep and rich at the beginning, beautiful 🙏🌻💗
Your video was REALLY helpful as I'm gonna use pink Manic Panic in 2 weeks and film it. I really wanted to know what to expect, thank you
Aw, thanks! That is wonderful! I hope all is gonna go just the way you want to. Thanks for watching, dear!
Ahh Hercules❤️❤️❤️😢 Lara this shade suited you as it was made for you:) if i wasnt black i will give it a try too. I actualy got Maria Nila shampoo conditioner and oil for ends and i am so so satisfied i never had rezults after one two wasches👌🏻 Thank you for video 🤗 take care guys 😘to🐾
I know, little Herci-Bear, I shed a few tears as I was editing this. So happy the Maria Nila products are working for you. Much love and belly cuddles for Barnie 🤩🐶
I just used Dawn dish soap and it too a lot of the purple out. I then used yellow to make it brown.
I now have brownish red with red highlights but I can live with this.
Cool, i took cosmetology in college and we used to use a bit of dye in our shampoo for a subtle “color wash” if we didnt want the “full” head of strong color. It gave us an idea of the color and we played with the amount we used until it was the color we liked. Made it easier to change colors and sometimes mixing shared colors. Sometimes its good to do some testing inside your elbow and a small strand if youre having any sensitivities to anything from products to food.
I like the shade you had around 20-25. The full color would be good as a clipin strand. Maybe make some clip on colored strands next time you cut your hair? :)
That sound awesome, you must have had some fun with that! That is a great idea with the clip in strand. I might even ahve somwhere old extensions. Thanks, lovely!
@@WolfMoon ive always wanted an almost grey green army colored strand. Hard to find the right shade. Maybe you can sell them?
That sound nice, I love army green! I don't think anybody would want my old extensions, they are realtively worn out.
@@WolfMoon if you made some with your hair, im sure a few would want one. I might want one from lara croft the boxer gal. Hehehe
@@BelindaTOV hey sweetie, I'd like to send your the unopened jar of Purple Haze. Would you be interested?
Very helpful thank you for making this video it help a crap tone because im dying my hair that same color and same brand o and btw that color really suits you very well
Oh, I am glad it was helpful! I hope your color turned out the way you imagined it 💜
@@WolfMoon thank you I dyed it but Im addicted to dying my hair so now it's a different color I get bored with the same color and dye it a different color ❤️ that purple suited you way better maybe purple just isn't the color for me
@Kaitlyn country livin I find that it's a process, findings a color you feel comfortable with. I love bluish purple, but that was not good for me at all 🙈 I think for.me it has to have some red in it. And yeah, changing colors is fun!
She’s got grey eyes!
How long did you wait between washes? Your treated hair is the color of my far ends before I dyed it deadly nightshade which was a darker version of purple haze. At the two month mark (10 washes) I dyed it with ultra violet amplified mixed with keracolor purple for maintenance and just did another maintenance with keracolor purple clenditioner and loreal purple shampoo after about 12 washes (I wash about once a week) and honestly I'm kinda tired of it but hoping this refresh rejuvenates me and it touches up my virgin level 4 dark brown roots with two baby hairs that are gray which show up on the dark base.
How many times in a day do you think i can wash my hair? i really want to remove my red hair dye fast haha
Normally, max 1 time I'd say to not stress your scalp too much. You can try this method to get the hairy out faster (it's with baking soda, no bleach): ua-cam.com/video/S3jsjw75-8Y/v-deo.html But I wouldn't do it more than one time per day and really only till the color is gone. Then I'd give the scalp and hair a rest 😉
If I had seen this video first, I would not have bought Manic Panic purple haze to tone my very light blonde hair. It makes my hair too pinkish. I would have bought the ultraviolet shade instead.
Thanks for this video! How long did you stay with hair dye on before washing?
I am not sure I understand your question. This video documents how long I had the color and how the color changed the entire time. There was no other time in between if that is what you mean. I dyed my hair and started documenting immediately how the color changed.
@@WolfMoon yeah I know, but I'm interested in how long did you leave the product on your hair before washing it, the first time you had put it on 😁 the time after dye application, for example: half ah hour, 1 hour, 2 hours..
quick question if i don’t bleach my hair and i put it on will it remove easily?
It should, bit I always recommend doing a test strand. That way you'll be sure. Better safe than sorry
I’ve had this in for 9 weeks on 100% virgin hair and it won’t wash out of my hair 😢
Did you use clarifying shampoo?
Only for the deep cleansing treatments I mentioned in the video. For any other wash, I used Seanik by Lush.
I should have watched this before dying my hair with this shade... On your hair (brown) it showed up how the Sally team member said it would be... Now I have a violent purple head of hair... Even after a month of washing, baking soda and dandruff shampoo pulling, and warm baths to soak my hair follicles 😭
Oh Gabby, I'm so sorry about that. But it will come out eventually. Maybe you could tone over with a different shade?
@@Sarah-gc1ry It was bleached, but the team member was adamant lol It eventually came out and then it went pink, and is now a rose gold/pinky brown
For me I wash in cold color seal lock after I wash out the color or colors and only color safe conditioner lol colors stay fir ever I have a clean canvas hair color remover bleach did miss two spots so I'll bleach them later today for 5 mintues or 10 then wash with my hair care bonding system two other things and leave in to leave in stuff after the color lol 😆 not sure what I'll do so many ideas I have lol
Sometimes we should have more sets of hair to try it all, right ☺? Thanks for watching!
Did you wash with hot water?
Warm water, but not too hot. Basically as warm as it was still comfortable for my scalp.
@@WolfMoon Interesting. I've experimenting with Vampire Red. I'm on second wash (Cold water) and there's still plenty o bleed but zero color loss. I'm gonna try with warm water next to see.
Oh I want to try vampire red so badly! I've heard from many that that shade bleeds a lot. That's why I'm a bis hesitant, but I think I'll have to do that sometime 🙈❤
Oh and if you want to speed up the process, you can try this method: ua-cam.com/video/S3jsjw75-8Y/v-deo.html You can use vitamin C powder instead fo baking soda to see what works better. But you want to condition your hair afterward like your life depends on it. It helped me with other semi-permanent hair dyes.
@@WolfMoon I didn't believe that it would get that red since i have dark hair but oh boy is this red like a cherry o.o You're saying that color didnt bleed that much?
This purple color sticks like shit to a blanket! I can't get mine out and I'm sorry I did it. Im going to a water slide park and will see
if that has any impact on it but I am totally dying here..
I wish more people would post dedicated hair colour fade vids like this one - brilliant to see all the different stages!
Aw, thanks, Laura!
