Tyu for showing us your Video. Chicken Stencil cute .
I love your instructions
Thank you so much for showing how easy using more then one color on your projects, this was a step I wondered about, but after seeing you do it I now have a better idea of the process
Alma Casiano you’re welcome! I am so happy it helped. 😊
Beautiful
I have chalk couture paints and inks and I'm always looking for instruction. Glad I found you!
Lillie Keeton Welcome to the Crafty Dreams family! 😊💖
Love this!
LOVE THIS
I love the chalk paste and stencils so much, but unfortunately they are very expensive. I’m hoping to make my money back with all the crafts that I can make with them. Love this by the way!!!
Thank you for sharing. Why did you spray water in the red paste? Also how do you clean the stencils? Do you have to clean within a certain amount of time? Lastly can you use the paste on stencils you made yourself?
To make it easier to get stencil straight, put a piece of graph paper inside the frame. The back side of wrapping paper that is marked for straight cutting would also work.
I would paint the frame white or black
That would be cool on like a bucket to collect eggs
Never seen this before very Interesting! I’ll have to look at your website !
Please Let me know if I can help you with anything.
Looks fun to do thanks for sharing
Peggy Weber Thank you!
My first time seeing this craft done on glass. What else backdrop besides wood can you chalk on?
Wow
Hi I was just wondering how do you clean the transfer, can you used them over or just once
Great video. Was realistic. How do u reuse the transfer? It doesn't matter that it has paint on it? Do u have to clean them?
Susan Pidgeon yes, you clean the transfer with water and let it dry. Then you are able to use it again. If the Chalkology paste or ink stains the transfer it does not matter because it does not harm the transfer in any way.
Where do you get the stirring sticks? I am brand new to using chalk couture products 1:05
Nice...I enjoyed your tutorial :)
Thank You!
Why not do all the colors then pull up the transfer?
Awesome I love your Idea of chalking frames! What cant you chalk? the reason I am asking is because I am new to Chalk Coture. So that is why I am asking.
You can add all colors and remove stencil at the end...without holding it the entire time.
It's her voice.
Great project using DT frame, TFS! I like how you showed lifting the pattern screen as you go to avoid the chalk paste drying.
Michelle Schreck Thank you!
Nice project! The ceiling fan reflection makes it really difficult to see the details of your work. May have to do glass videos in a different place. Thanks for the project idea!
would it be easist to cut each section and do one at a time?
Also you can use a hotel size hair dryer to dry it ???? Do it as you go
Love ur frame! It came out great & ur color choices were perfect! Tfs how u did the inside of the frame. Donna
Thank you!
Can I do this on wood?
I just found your videos . With chalk paste does it come off easily? If it does, is there a way to like seal it?
Lolalynn R Hi! Chalk paste comes of easily with water but if you would like it to be permanent you can seal it. If I can help you in any way please let me know. 😊
How donyou seal the chalk paste on glass or a mirror?
Thanks!
Do you have to become a designer to purchase the stencils/ Chalk Paste.
New Subbie here! Love your frame!
mscraftygirl42 Thank you! Welcome to our crafty family!
That looks like a lot of work I would do the hole pic ! Have you ever watched 850 design with Amy it looks son much easier ..I’m just saying.. but it looks good!
What kind of glue gun are you using? I really like the thin lines
I just love my glue gun! It is the Hi Temp Pro 100 by Ad tech. It comes with 2 nozzles so you can choose how the glue comes out!
❤❤❤
What about the cost of the paste?
whats wrong if it dries before lifting? does the chalk come off of clothing or glass when washing or cleaning?
On this project I am using our Chalkology Paste. If the paste dries before I lift the transfer the paste will stick to the transfer and not the glass. Chalkology Paste does come off with water which makes it easy to change up your home décor. We do have Chalkology Ink which is permanent so it is great for clothes and other fabric items. Please let me know if I can help you with any other questions.
@@CraftyDreamsStudio thanks so much
Happy to help! Please let me know if you have any other questions.😊
Are the stencils reusable? If so, are they hard to clean afterwards?
L G yes, the transfers are reusable and they are very easy to clean.
Love this how do we order this stuff ? Do u sell everything u use in this video ???
Danyell Alcorn Hi! Yes, I do sell the transfers and Chalkology Paste. If you are interested please go to www.CraftyDreamsStudio.com Thank You!
This is a dead link
Go to chalk conture. Com
Why didn’t you put the chalk couture transfer right on the burlap instead of the glass?
Doreen Crespo I put it on the glass so when I wanted to change it all I had to do was remove with water. Then I can do a different transfer. If I had done it on the burlap then I would not have been able to remove it from the burlap because the pastes would have stained the burlap. Great question 😊
Where did you find the inner lids for the jars?
These are the older 2 oz. pastes and the jars came with the lids. Our new formulated paste does not have them because they don't need them.
You lift after chalking but you can lay back down and not have to hold it,
.
Can these be reused and if so, how do you clean them?
T Leonard Yes, our transfers can be reused. To clean them you just rinse them in water then use a disinfectant wipe to reactivate the sticky on the back and let air dry. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else 😊
Can I use any kind of stirrers
susan oconnor yes any kind except wood. Wood will wick away moisture from your Chalkology Paste.
Def measure to find center
Why didn’t you cut the transfer into pieces so you could take the earlier-completed parts completely off?
Nancy Williams great question! I did not cut the transfer because the words were very close to the feet of the rooster. Some transfers lend themselves to easily be cut apart but others are a little tricky.
Thanks for answering my question!
@@nancywilliams6777 You're welcome!
Hi there from Bakersfield new to your channel where do you order this? and can you put on material
Melinda Tijerina hi! You can order from my website www.craftydreamsstudio.com and yes, you can use transfers on material with our Couture Inks. Please let me know if I can help you with anything! 😊
Are these retired?
How do you clean the stencil after use?
I rinse the Transfer in water. Then I use a disinfecting wipe to finish cleaning it and to reactivate the sticky on the back. I will be posting a video on it tomorrow. Come back and check it out!
I love that stencil ! Where did you get the supplies from ?
Dawn Lindgron hi! That stencil is retired but we have so many great ones to choose from. You can see all we have to offer at www.craftydreamsstudio.com
Also our new catalog comes out July 2nd so there will be even more to choose from! Check it out! Please let me know if I can help you with anything. 😊
Oh, no! I thought it was a very cute stencil! I would have liked to have seen it transferred directly to the fabric, too.
Lol, I’m frustrated for you trying to keep it straight!... I LOVE the chicken one but not the heifer, I’m not going to call myself a cow! It’s bad for my self esteem.
Chihuahuaization Amelie lol Chalking is so fast and easy. It took me more time to get it on straight! Luckily most of the time it does not take me that long 😊
I make my own chalk paste
Do tell how please
how do I order the kit
joyce martin are you talking about the Designer Starter Kit? Here is the link if you would like to join my team www.chalkcouture.com/craftydreamsstudio/enrollment/packs
You keep saying transfer but it’s a stencil. Cute idea!
sadheart24 Hi! At Chalk Couture we call them Transfers. Chalk Couture trademarked the name transfer.
Like the use of the transfer but you didn't show how to reuse the transfer - does it have to be cleaned before reuse??
Hi! Thanks for watching. yes, the transfer needs to be cleaned. Here is a video where I show that. ua-cam.com/video/npwZbZ49fxo/v-deo.html
You’re making me nervous. Maybe put the stencil on the fuzzy towel a few times.
Why do you keep lifting up the transfer? You can wait and do it at the end can't you?
I lifted the transfer as I went because I was using multiple colors and didn't want to take the chance of the Chalkology Paste drying before I was done and lifted it up at the end. Our paste dries fast and I was going slow for the tutorial.
I love that tramsfer need to get
I am sad to say that this transfer has been retired. But we have some fantastic new ones. Please let me know if I can help you with anything.
@@CraftyDreamsStudio i got a big order i am gonna be making lots of paint and chalk and transfers
@@traciebrown8741 Awesome! Let me know if you have any questions. I love to spoil my customers!
You don’t have write “back” on it because once you write what the transfer is, you will already know it is the back....
I was just scrolling down to write the exact same thing. lol
Can you set this so it can't be removed with water?
You could seal it but then the glass would not be completely clear.
So this I like when you squeegee a Tee shirt
What is the transfer tape made of
The reflection of the ceiling fan is distracting to your process.
This is AWESOME!!!!!!! I love it! I shop at dollar tree all the time !! I actually believe ugh this the same frame too and was just going to frame cardstock but now I’ll definitely do it on glass now too! Subbed to your channel! Check mine out if you get the chance! ❤️❤️❤️💕💗
whats wrong if it dries before lifting? does the chalk come off of clothing or glass when washing or cleaning?
Its hard to watch will all the stumbling.
Hi I’m from England. Can I get this ?
I am sorry but at this time we do not ship to England.
&
This does not look enjoyable trying to put that blue sheet on glass.
Poor job
Wow, it looks like your having trouble with this stuff.
Yvonne Not at all. It is super easy! 😊
How do you clean the glass?
Mel Frank You can clean the glass with a dry dusting cloth. You can touch it with your hand and it won’t come off. You need to get it wet in order to remove the Chalkology Paste. Thanks for watching! 😊
So you can't clean with glass cleaner?
endiglowgurl No because the chalk paste is removable with water. It is meant to be able to be removed so you can create a new design on that same surface so you can easily change up your decor.
