    All great points! The 48 hour rule is a good one. I’ll try implementing that one. I just love leg days 😆

    Or if you workout with a group a friends make sure to track you’re rest periods and workout efficiently , what really ticks me off is when I see a group of people working out but they spend 30 minutes on the same movement Cus neither one tracks their rest periods they just stand around and talk half the workout

    I agree on everything here except dropping the dumbbells. I know its annoying and you should avoid it. However dumbbells are made to be thrown on the floor to avoid injury.

      Barbells are, not dumbbells. This is a common misconception.

      @@magnus_method This does not make any sense as the manufacturer for dumbells at my gym specifically said that they are designed in a way to be dropped on the floor to prevent injury.
      Also using dumbells instead of barbells main advantage is that you can go to failure and just drop them.

    Hi again! I have a question I’m on your 4 weeks home at sculp program and how to keep training core or if I should avoid it while on my period? I feel super energetic those days but core exercises sometimes are hard to do for me and I don’t want to skip my work out because it’s hard then to get back on track but I don’t know wich exercises from that program should be avoided or replaced thanks !
