These throw animations are soo smooth man.. Every time I tech a throw in MK-1 I feel like the game literally stops.. This just makes me realize how good we had it. yeah maybe the combo system isn't as good but the actual gameplay and fluidity is 10x better in MK 11.. Hell, there isn't even a FLAWLESS VICTORY message in MK-1 during the match dude..

In terms of gameplay, MKX is the goat one. MK1 gameplay is better than MK11 though. I just can't stand the sluggish "underwater" like movement MK11 has. But in terms of graphic, don't know why I felt MK11 is a bit better than MK1. MK1 graphic doesn't felt "new gen". That part is a bit disappointed since both SF6 and TK8 has a huge graphic leap compare to SF5 and TK7.
Definitely would like to see a Spawn greatest hits & Terminator. Some of my all-time favorite Super videos have been when you add the classic Arnold one-liners

If they would’ve got the wakeup and breakaway systems down, MK11 would be best MK of all time.
Learned how to punish breakaways pretty easy especially as geras, noob and kotal.

This game is definitely one of the better fighting games mk 1 just doesn't hit as good as mk 11 does Edit: *in my opinion*

@@joeblakk i think mk11 is best in customization and more replayability because of towers, krypt and that kinda stuff. But the gameplay of MK X is so fast and unique that i miss that type of gameplay on MK 11. Also MK X have a lot of OG caracters like Quan Chi, Reptile, Ermac, and all the four cyborgs. The roster and gameplay of MK x is one the reasons that i keep playing once and while. Kinda sad that no much more people plays MK X nowadays (i play on xbox so idk how the game is on pc and playstation)

@@imalegend_17 but still it forces us to just play better when facing spam scorpions. Eventually once you learn the 2 combos scorpions use most of the time then it becomes free wins.

It’s mk11 with half asses assist attached to it. Other assist games actually function simpler because usually normals are really universal. This game they couldn’t figure out how to balance shit so you got dumb ass summon assist. Name an assist fighter in which you start your offense then the game stops you strike a pose and your assist comes out? That’s why it’s so bad. With no real defensive option you’re just playing the meta every match
@@Nonlifting_breezy Yea, i see that now. No wonder Ive been more of a Tekken fan than MK, even tho i play Shalion monks and deception+Armageddon. Tekken 6 was really why my first competitive path.
So i truly get that aspect now.
@@ThatGuyRaging other assist games are very similar in style usually light medium heavy and special button. Mk complicates that aspect with random buttons for normals some strings need dialed in fast. Movement in general is slow and Nrs loves its 50 50s so when tbey kameos they thought it was brilliant by adding overheads and lows when they didn’t need to be so they just made them lame ass summons. Imagine playing marvel vs capcom and doctor doom starts his string then he calls in akuma and he strikes a pose while akuma does his tatsu we would be like damn that looks stupid.

Scorpion Has The Best Brutalitys By Far Expecially MK X , But The Problem Was That the combos was something else . The Frames Were Sometimes Bad Like So Bad . I Remember The Roster Was Just So Good . Mk 11 Roster Was Okay In My Opinion and MK 1 was good in Graphics And Details But The Story Was Alright And The DLC were not the Best expecially Omni man i mean no offense he is good but like he is of course Holding Back . The Others Were Alright .

MK11 is a much better game in my opinion. I was never a fan of MK1, certain aspects of the gameplay are slow and choppy to me. MK11 is much more fluid and smoother game.

I love MK 1 truly because nether relm tried to make change with the kameos and I liked that but it feels so dull and boring now since the roster just has been the same for months and they need to change something soon or the game won't survive
