Finally I missed mk11 they had so much things that were taken out, like rolls, environment interactions , crushing blows, not slow starting fatal blow, and customizable characters
Slow fatal is good, when you combo it hits what slow fatal does is make it hard for bad players to just randomly press it in a momment you would never expect a good player to do it, now they just get punished for half their health bar when they use fatal like idiots.
Yea, the customization should've stayed, but ditching the rest was a real good call from NRS
Everything you named literally every single thing you mentioned on your comment was what made mk11 terrible… I don’t want to play injustice when I play mortal kombat,I want to play mortal Kombat and mk1 has given me that just like mk9
No one liked the rolls,no one liked the environmental interactions,no one liked KRUSHING BLOWS, and random easy fatal blows for scrubs to abuse….
I disagree with people saying "everything" you mentioned , no one wanted to stay. Backwards roll, flawless block U3 and U2, krushing blows besides throw kbs and d2 kb and character kustomizations are all things I would've liked to make a return. Environment interactions would've been nice too, except I hate the ones that make the player jump fullscreen or out of the corner. Im glad those are gone, but the ones that extended combos or could be used as a combo finisher could've stayed

I was so happy when I got the notification that super uploaded a Erron Black video! Erron is my favorite mk character and it breaks my heart that he's not in mk1 and probably never will be😔. Love to see super continuing to give this character love❤

I can’t quite put my finger on it.mk1 is a faster game in both movement,attack speed like in the strings AND in what’s happening on the screen. Also more combo potential and creativity.

Seeing a super mk11 video is what made me go buy the game at the end of 2019. First fighting game i actually took some time to learn combos in i was always a button masher before then 😂

Ah, Mk11, First mk game i was competitive in. It just hit me how much time i wasted maining Johnny Cage. Played Johnny Cage in Mk1 and hated it.

MK11 presentation was something else man. Those facial animations during fatal blows, multiple intros and outros, the gear system, outfits. They wanted it to feel truly next-gen. MK1 honestly looks lazy compared to this. And am I crazy? Am I the only one who thinks that MK11 overall had better graphics? Some of those faces from MK1 actually look like something that came out of Unreal Engine metahuman instead of being properly 3d-modeled. WTF?

Ngl i like mk 11 more. I played dragon ball fighterz and MK11 back to back often and if you don’t know Dbfz has assists and play so much different the mk 11 it was impossible to mix the mechanics and tech but now that I bounce between mk 1 and DBFZ i constantly drop combos in both plus the amplify in mk11 just feels better

I’ve always been a fan of erron black. I played very little fighting games until mk1 came out then I dove in. Makes me wanna go back and learn how to play him.

I liked crushing blows. Even the d2 ones. They were fun for particular combo extensions and required knowledge of the game in order to benefit most from it

Still say this is one of the best MKs ever made. From a character design and... Some what game play. Not mechanics ( down 2 KB ) but will live and die by this being the best MK to date. Sorry but MK1 doesn't hold to this

I don't care what yall say, aesthetics wise this game looks better than mk1. Look how beautiful the stages are, Mk 1 backgrounds look like paintings instead of realistic 3d backgrounds... Also the character designs in this game were AMAZING.💯

MK 1 is a huge step back for the entiore line of MK games. I can't watch your vids anymore if there about MK 1. The graphics, storyline and gameplay is more like a game on the old SEGA system.

this depends on what you value. If you like doing combos and chipping away at your opponent health then you’ll like mk1. IMO its not worth full price. 30-40 dollars max that’s not including dlc and extra characters.
