Scaphoid - avascular necrosis

Scaphoid carpal bone is common site for fracture. After fracture the blood supply to its proximal part is affected. This part shows avascular necrosis.

My scaphoid fracture healed but now find out years later that it lost blood supply and is now in avascular necrosis. Not sure yet if a bone graft is viable. I don’t want to lose my bone😢
