I bought a 700g rough pointe to pair with my Sodalite sphere just to emphasize my meditation spiritual moments. However, i have left them in my bedroom and I am not sure that the clear quartz has affected my sleep and i did have a clear high quality pointe in that area before... I will store them somewhere else just to monitor my sleep quality from this evening.

It takes a strong evil intention to be placing a curse on a crystal. I have seen some special reactions and then all seems well. The important thing is that you feel clarity and peace with what you are using as a tool. If your emotions are not feeling so great even after the cleanse. Then this was not the best choice for you. Place it aside and work on something else. Come back to it and if the same result, pass it along to someone else. Will it always affect your sleep if it's in your bedroom? I'm in a university accommodation so I only have my bedroom, and communal areas. So I have to keep all my Crystals in my room
I have a serious question. Why do I always feel nothing every single time I try to meditate, with or without a crystal. I feel like I'm just wasting time and I can't focus or clear my mind. Seems silly, but it seems that u TRY to much to get something from meditation or the crystals. You are not a robot, meditation and feelings are something you exercise as well as a bicep or jongling trick... just sit, don’t force a feeling, don’t force anything, focus on your breath and start to listen. I bought a clear quartz crystal because I am tired (hypothyroidism), my marriage is needing harmony, love, and connection in all areas as well as fun, I have a huge fibroid on my uterus I dont want to have surgery, I want to keep my uterus, since I have no children yet. I want to finish my courses so my life coaching business can take off and thrive, and really just want clarity on what to do next to do right by my life. Amanda Payne one thing to remember is that this practice is entirely intuitive. Do what feels good for you and when something doesn’t feel good anymore, switch it up. I personally love to wear mine and carry them with me in my car, purse, bra etc. meditate with them. Sleep with them. And try to release expectations while you invite in whatever is next on your path. Everything happens in divine timing so try to enjoy the process and take lessons out of every situation. Think about what they’re trying to tell you about yourself & what may still need some love and healing. Keep you awake? Wow, that's weird. For me it's helping me sleep so well! I just got 2 lbs of it and put it right next to me when I sleep and i feel like I am sleeping in a igloo, it's so peaceful. Maybe the room needed cleaning of negative energy pretty badly so 2 lbs was perfect. I went ahead and got another 2 lbs so hopefully that wont be too much. So far so good! I feel the change. Clear Quartz actually blocked and interfered with my vibration during sleep paralysis, preventing me from astral travelling on the 1st night I got it. So in a way it helps me go into deep sleep, but not really a good night sleep cos I want to astral travel occasionally!! Thank you so much for this very informative video. I recently got back into crystals and my first, which I bought today was clear quartz. If you could help me out I could really use your advice. I wore the crystal to work and I could sense everyone’s energy as thoughts. I am aware that your environment can help influence your thoughts and that’s exactly what happened. I negated the negative thoughts with positive affirmations but it was so difficult. I was able to pin point each thought that came to me which wasn’t my thought, I knew that it has to be the clear quartz but I’m not sure how I should move forward with mastering it. After negating so many thoughts, my own energy as an individual had become so drained and I became tired and got headaches. It would be so helpful if you could give me some advice moving forward
Add a protective stone to that clear quartz to ground yourself and that protective stone has to be of a similar nature. I recommend: smokey quartz! This is a root chakra gemstone. Shields you against negative vibes and helps you endure and process those frequencies coming towards you. Or try Selenite! Very similar to Clear Quartz, but it is said to be more potent than Clear Quartz, but calmer not that aggressive.

I never had problems. Sleeping while quartz mala around neck. There can be some other planted stars which which one can see sleeping issue. Probably moon Venus and goddess can be issue.

I would definitely experiment a little then, sleep with just one for a night and then switch and maybe journal how your sleep went / how you feel when you wake up! Amethyst is definitely known as a stone that helps you sleep!

Just hold one in your hand while doing your favorite meditations or if laying down you can place them on chakra points. It's mostly experimental I think since everyone and every crystal is different
I found a local geode rockhound on eBay who sells locally sourced geodes and small crystals from the geodes they source in an adjacent county where I live, and I usually buy their stuff. It's not dyed, so it doesn't look like commercial crystals, but buying crystals people found in the "wild" just give you a better frame of reference for how much commercial sources use dyes and stuff to make the crystals look like something they really aren't in the natural world.

I bought a clear quartz crystal because I am tired (hypothyroidism), my marriage is needing harmony, love, and connection in all areas as well as fun, I have a huge fibroid on my uterus I dont want to have surgery, I want to keep my uterus, since I have no children yet. I want to finish my courses so my life coaching business can take off and thrive, and really just want clarity on what to do next to do right by my life. I am an intuitive with many people and things...but not as much with myself. What is the quickest way to use the crystal to acheive these things? I got it yesterday and put it in a water and himalaayan salt bath for 24 hours in what moon and sunlight we had today...is that going to cleanse and charge it to its potential? And do I wear it around my waist? Drink water with it in it? I told it what I needed it to help with... I just really need exact answers...if you can clarify for me on what to do. Right now I am sitting with a pyramid shaped clear quartz tied around my waist in a scarf.. lol! Please help! Thanks!!
Amanda Payne one thing to remember is that this practice is entirely intuitive. Do what feels good for you and when something doesn’t feel good anymore, switch it up. I personally love to wear mine and carry them with me in my car, purse, bra etc. meditate with them. Sleep with them. And try to release expectations while you invite in whatever is next on your path. Everything happens in divine timing so try to enjoy the process and take lessons out of every situation. Think about what they’re trying to tell you about yourself & what may still need some love and healing. Keep you awake? Wow, that's weird. For me it's helping me sleep so well! I just got 2 lbs of it and put it right next to me when I sleep and i feel like I am sleeping in a igloo, it's so peaceful. Maybe the room needed cleaning of negative energy pretty badly so 2 lbs was perfect. I went ahead and got another 2 lbs so hopefully that wont be too much. So far so good! I feel the change. But keeeping me up is one thing it definietley has not done! (PS- I am an empath)

Clear Quartz actually blocked and interfered with my vibration during sleep paralysis, preventing me from astral travelling on the 1st night I got it. So in a way it helps me go into deep sleep, but not really a good night sleep cos I want to astral travel occasionally!! I wore the crystal to work and I could sense everyone’s energy as thoughts. I am aware that your environment can help influence your thoughts and that’s exactly what happened. I negated the negative thoughts with positive affirmations but it was so difficult. I was able to pin point each thought that came to me which wasn’t my thought, I knew that it has to be the clear quartz but I’m not sure how I should move forward with mastering it. After negating so many thoughts, my own energy as an individual had become so drained and I became tired and got headaches. It would be so helpful if you could give me some advice moving forward

Add a protective stone to that clear quartz to ground yourself and that protective stone has to be of a similar nature. I recommend: smokey quartz! This is a root chakra gemstone. Shields you against negative vibes and helps you endure and process those frequencies coming towards you.
Or try Selenite! Very similar to Clear Quartz, but it is said to be more potent than Clear Quartz, but calmer not that aggressive.

Oh that’s interesting, last night I got a bunch of crystals (clear quartz and amethyst included) and I took a while to sleep. But I finally fell asleep (maybe with help from the amethyst?) but I woke up multiple times in the night.
I would definitely experiment a little then, sleep with just one for a night and then switch and maybe journal how your sleep went / how you feel when you wake up! Amethyst is definitely known as a stone that helps you sleep!

You said it's not a good idea to have clear quartz on you, or if you want to implify other crystal that you have with smaller piece. I want to get clear quartz for myself, Im begginer still so I'm looking things up. I originally wanted to have clear quartz on me for other crystals to implify. Also for crystal baths, since clear quartz has cleansing properties. I want to eventually start meditating too but I havent started yet.
and the thing about clear quartz being adaptable to a specific problem. Do I have to say the specific problem when I'm programming my crystals or does the crystal know my problems without me saying it or programming the crystal?

Just hold one in your hand while doing your favorite meditations or if laying down you can place them on chakra points. It's mostly experimental I think since everyone and every crystal is different

I found a local geode rockhound on eBay who sells locally sourced geodes and small crystals from the geodes they source in an adjacent county where I live, and I usually buy their stuff. It's not dyed, so it doesn't look like commercial crystals, but buying crystals people found in the "wild" just give you a better frame of reference for how much commercial sources use dyes and stuff to make the crystals look like something they really aren't in the natural world.
