I have a beautiful crystal bowl that brilliantly hums. I suggest finding a bowl that when you hear it hum it feels in tune to you. I find the more pleasing the frequency the more potent it will be for me because it fills me with good vibes too

After years and years of pain in my arms spreading down my hands it finally could get so bad that it made me cry ,I didn´t not what else to do so I started to hold crystal points in the palms of my hands over night and to my surprise the pain started to become lesser and lesser .Now I can sleep very well for hours at night .

One of my favorites is snake skin agate. It helps raise kundalini energy and sheds what is no longer needed. Very nice healing energy. Also selenite stone cleanses itself and cleanses any stone it touches.

Very informative, I just recently purchased Return to Sender with Jet Protection Bracelet and Indian Agate.....the first bracelet was recommended to me by a Psychic and the latter is what attracted me, I saw it's picture and I really love it for some reason so I bought both. Maybe amethyst could help you focus and refine the raw, passionate energy of carnelian. Or perhaps carnelian could give you motivation if it was mixed with a good grounding stone like black onyx or black tourmaline.

Yin I found a crystal at a park on top of a tree. I brought the crystal home because I thought it was meant for me to find it. Do you think is okay that I brought the crystal home? I just broke up a relationship and I went to the park to do meditation that's when I found the crystal. Can I use this crystal to help through this pain that I am going through?
