I find this episode on the Eucharist very important in our life. How can we go on living without Jesus? Receiving Him in Holy Communion is our greatest joy because He gives Himself to us with so much love, mercy and compassion. We must respond to His boundless generosity by longing and desiring Him in Holy communion. His presence strengthens our spirit and without Him we are totally weak.

I met Sr Breige McKenna over 30 years ago , in Tampa St Pete ,Florida . She was with a priest that gave a healing mass . I was expecting my health was not good , I was able to talk and pray with her . There were thousand people or more . She prayed fir me , my baby and I also had a friend that had been unable to conceive ,I asked fir prayers fir her as well . We both had a healthy baby . May Almighty God bless her always.

Great episode Father! Canon 917 says Catholics can recieve the Eucharist twice in one day as long as the second time is in the context of a mass. I haven't made a very good confession for the first saturday this morning since my regular confessor wasn't available and I wasn't comfortable so I told the priest and he gave me absolution and a penance, which I did. I'm planning to go to confession again this afternoon, can I recieve communion a second time for the first saturday? Will our Lady consider it? I have scrupulousity and I don't wanna miss this first saturday. Please help me🙏🙏🙏

A question, in the OT they used to eat the lamb of the sacrifice (meaning it was the dead animal), now when we say body of Christ does it mean living or dead as in His body after He was sacrificed on the cross or after resurrection (the glorious body) or before His passion. I think the understanding will help me better experience the real presence when receiving the Eucharist
Christ's Body is the same both ways.... but yes, think of it as the Glorified Body of Christ.
