Thanks so much Father Chris for keeping us aware of the harmful portals and temptations chasing us. I need all the reminders I can get. Father Don’s story never gets old, and it overwhelms and astonishes me every time that I hear it. It’s because of my learning about his conversion story, and consecration to St Joseph, that I recognized the invitation at church in the middle of Lent to your Divine Mercy talk, and this brought me to where I am today. What a lucky accident for me. God is truly good.

@@sammyc9617 you are correct 😇 I was always aware of Divine Mercy, and the shrine in Stockbridge because I live in MA. I was a “snowbird” back in March, and read in the parish bulletin that a “Priest from THE NATIONAL SHRINE OF DIVINE MERCY” was speaking. I knew it would be worthwhile, but I never imagined that it would be life changing, with all the You tube talks, books, etc. There are very few moments I remember in my life that have been so generative. Father Chris celebrated the 8:00 AM mass, and he caught my attention during the thoughtful homily. However, when he raised the host at the Consecration, and repeated 3 times “My Lord and My God” It was a point in time I knew I’d remember the rest of my life. It was a life moment right up there with the joy of seeing my children for the first time, and the intensity of being with my parents as they died. One other event just came to my mind and that was a long time ago at Saint Peter’s Basilica and now Saint Pope Paul VI walked down the center aisle right past me. I was no more than 10 feet away from him. God bless you Sammy.

Thanks for the Chris for sharing your knowledge I myself experienced a demonic visitation similar to Father Calloway's very similar and very physical I'm surprised I didn't die of fear that's how bad it was it took several weeks before I was able to return to a peaceful sleep with no help from the local churches they all seem to be too busy to listen and to help lots of scripture reading, holy water, daily rosaries, many Saint Benedict icons evil seems to be in remission right now thank God and thank you for your Saturday seminars they got me through it peace and love brother

Consecrate yourself to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the most Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, to remind yourself and all dark spirits who you belong to.
Bless yourself with holy/exorcised water, daily.
Use exorcised salt 🧂 and also exorcised olive 🫒 oil in your cooking. Don't forget regular confession, and receive the Blessed Sacrament as often as possible, get anointing of the sick if you can.
Try to get a priest to pray prayers of deliverance over you, or you can buy a book for laypeople and pray yourself, sleep with Bible close to you, while open at Psalm 91, listen to Gregorian chant. I pray and hope this helps. 🙏
PS. Wearing a Saint Benedict Crucifix necklace, a Rosary, and The Brown Scapular, did wonders for me, all nightmares stopped immediately!

I’m very grateful to you Fr. Chris for explaining this important episode, the Spiritual Warfare. Thanks also to Fr. Don for sharing his experience from the evil one and Mother Mary’s saving help. I have no doubt of the devil’s existence because it also happened to me. My story: It was in 1990, the fourth year in my married life and it occurred in the night. I was sleeping in bed with my husband at my side sound asleep. Then , I felt a terrifying figure of someone who wanted to touch me. I strongly felt that he was a devil. I couldn’t speak but, I forced myself to say the name of Jesus. What came out in my mouth was only Je, Je,Jes, Jes, Jesus. When I fully said the word Jesus, the devil disappeared and my husband woke up. Now, as a widow, I sometimes feel his presence but, I’m always save the moment I call Jesus and repeat His name many times. In addition, I have a large image of Jesus Divine Mercy which was blessed during His Feast last April. It’s a big help because of my faith in Him that He’s truly present.

The timing of this message for me father Chris …………. I can’t . He is moving mountains to speak to me today. In the last 2 weeks I have been struggling worst then ever before, under attack. Oh how the evil one loves to use our emotions and poor salt on our wounds. We are at war, and the battlefield is our minds. I am struggling to understand father. Never In My life have I lived more holy, you will know that’s not a lie, and still….. how dos the evil one reach me? Is Carmel not safe? He efforts are so complex. Still, I am not discouraged. I am seeing the key is to be 3 steps ahead of him. Aware of our wounds and understand that’s where he will go. I’m not sure what hidden staircase this is in the inner castle but I’m taking it. And I just 🙏 father I hope I have discovered some new armor.

Carmel is infallible 🙌 and therefore it must be i, that has been overcome my walls have failed not hers ❤️ reflection, responsibility ❤️and above all humility, the way of perfection seems to be a process of elimination. I find this episode to be a wonderful review of your “”Spiritual Warfare”Saturday talk filmed back in August, 2020. I’m actually surprised how much I remember! Father Don’s conversion story is definitely powerful and played a part in putting the fire back into my faith. And, as a sidenote, I really enjoyed seeing the Shrine lit up under the night sky with the full moon on full display. Beautifully done!
Hi Tanya, each in his own way, Father Don’s and Father Chris’ stories of how they discovered and/or grew in their Catholic faith have played major roles in my own faith story. Each story is so different and each is equally astonishing and each one, though very different makes me very emotional. The stories never get old. These joyful, intelligent and successful men walked away from all the “trappings of the good life” for all of us. How do I even begin to say thank you? I find that all of the lessons, books, talks, TV shows, morning Mass are truly life changing
Father Calloway’s books CONSECRATION TO SAINT JOSEPH and NO TURNING BACK, plus his entertaining UA-cam presentations were the introduction or a positive portal to TDM. I have read and re-read EXPLAINING DIVINE MERCY, and I hope that Father Chris writes more books soon. I’ve been aware of The Divine Mercy for years, but I never got too curious until the MIRACLE ON THE HUDSON OCCURRED in 2009, then ho hum, that fervor was short lived. My goal is to participate in a pilgrimage with one of their groups in 2023. If that is God’s will then it will happen. I also enjoyed the night time shots of the Divine Mercy property. I am blessed to watch this video and to have known and followed Father Chris. He has been a great help to my goal of seeing, knowing and following God our Father, Jesus our Savior, and the most Holy Spirit. This particular video gave me much insight about dealing with the dangerous war against spiritual forces of wickedness and rulers of darkness. But while there is a tremendous desire from the evil one to make us miserable and lose our souls to him, there are Jesus and Mary, more powerful and who will be the final victors.
The parts in this video that resonate to me are: 1. the true queenship of Mary who can trample the evil one in just one call to her and the gentleness of her love for us and 2. that we should never fight the battle alone, we need to abandon ourselves to Jesus who abounds in mercy and love for all of us, we just need to remain in and hold on to Him. God is good, thanks be to Him🙏
I want to ask a Marian helper, does Blessed Mother Mary hear the prayers we say in our mind? Was Saint Joseph with her when she visited Saint Elizabeth?

We do not know how long Joseph was with Mary but tradition says that he may have taken her to Elizabeth's and then left her there for the time the Bible talks about and then returned to have picked her up. Although we don't know this that seems most fitting. Also, yes the saints share in the body of Christ in heaven and although they are not omniscient God allows them to hear our prayers. I am still listening to you, while I write this to you. I was just then writing my diary about this evil sprit who wakes me up in the morning or anytime it wants. My left shoulder is displaced and I thought it might have been this person who hit me, though it could even have been the devil. Anyhow, Jesus has conquered the devil and if something happens to me, please pray for me and find me in heaven. I love my Church, which is you. I was stopped going to Church as a child and that church couldn't have me back because I haven't had the money to pay for the tithe. Then I have read this banner that the Pope Francis allows you to volunteer as a precatholic. How happy I was to read that at this church where I walked by. before then and now I still can participate in the Eucharistic adoration through media and Jesus still loves you. He is so amazing that you have nothing whatsoever to worry about. I know that it is God who sends all this beautiful people in my dream to console me over this evil spirit. All the priests dead and alive. Including the Pope Francis. I love my Church so much and now I know my Church and that is through my beautiful St. Faustina. I am living in the most happiest status in my life, even with this evil spirit around me. By the way, Jesus calls me Sabina. A Catholic priest named Monsignor Douglas Clancy who I worked with as a altar server and lecturer always said every day is a new day and it’s true but it’s a daily battle between good and evil. For me, I do whatever it takes to fight against the forces of evil whether it’s with the Chaplet of Saint Michael the archangel or the Holy Rosary. And the concept of the epic battle between good and evil is nothing new. Because long before Jesus Christ was born. There was a Jewish group that existed known as the Essenes. The Essenes were a Jewish military group and their goal was to confront the forces of evil and defeat them.

I was harsh on my son in his early teens. I wasn't sensitive enough to his delicate developing mind and thought I was disciplining him. I made such a hurting mistake its now become a nightmare in our daily lives. Now he hates me since 17+, he claims suicidal thoughts and now mocks the Catholic faith because of me. He is under heavy influence of wanting revenge, raging thoughts, depression and is potentially violent towards me. He once forcibly grabbed my rosary and threw it down the chute. He doesn't accept my crying apologies. He blames his mother for being an accomplice, even though she's faultless in my opinion. We're both on the verge of breaking. I've moved out to avoid triggering episodes. The devil is succeeding so far in breaking up our family. We had wonderful younger years, but he's claiming he was under duress even then suffering Stockholm syndrome. I've pleaded that I'd do anything to heal the relationship. But it's not helping. I'm praying desperately, we're suffering mentally. It'll take time I know, in the meanwhile I'm worried for his mind, soul and will. God please guide his thoughts. And heal him. Pls pray for us.

Discipline is not an evil thing but is undeniably needed at points throughout the life of a child. His actions are not your fault... he is old enough and has free will. Just please keep in mind that it has been a lack of discipline over the years that has caused most problems according to Catholic psychiatrists and psychologists. God bless.

@@DivineMercy_Official I struggle with thoughts of my own faults. Putting myself in his shoes, he loved me and depended on me, yet I betrayed his love. I believe he didn't mean to be bad. It was I who read too much into it. I would flare up too easily. I wasn't blameless. It's all hindsight which I wish someone would've warned me - alas, it is I alone who got angry. Now I pray daily and try to get closer to my God. Overall, if this world is under so much influence by the evil one, I feel even more dependent on God to deliver us from evil. Father Cris, I fasted on bread and water, following the message of our Blessed Mother to Mirjana, a seer from Medjugorje. But when I had my blood work, my blood sugar went up and concerned my doctor. I stopped that type of fasting. Instead, I stopped playing my favorite game and sweets (I really have a sweet tooth) on those days. Would that be acceptable? Please advise. Thank you sooooo much!
Yes, fasting is not required in the traditional way if it causes severe health problems. God bless
