H1 visa fees is now about $20000 (including lawyer fees and other expenses) even for renewal every 3 years. That means it will cost you about $7000 every year just for visa, not including H4 visas for dependents. It's now not worth coming to America even for studies.

Basically who are born in India and who are coming to US will not get GC very quickly for sure.
I had came across 2 people who are Indians, but their birth country is Saudi Arabia, for those 2 people if they file GC on EB-3 or EB-2 GC should be coming very quickly without delays.
