I love your videos! I’m sorry last year was hard for you! It was very hard for us too over 100” of heavy snow with about 400 cows to calve out! We did good because we had a good established wind break tree grove all around our calving area! But for a husband and wife in their 60’s and their crippled overweight son we did good!
@@VickiesCountryHome our son was in a head on collision and it was his grandfather, they hit each other. Our dad was killed(his grandfather) our sins been crippled ever since, physically and mentally and emotionally!!it’s very heart breaking but without God we’d be Lost! I’m so sorry for your loss!
I forgot to tell you I use azure standard Priducts too! I will be ordering all of the grains and hope I can grow some! I didn’t hear you say where you bought your grain grinder?
That must have been a very difficult time for you. I am sorry for your loss, and the trauma you all went through. We had 3 children, and now all 3 are home with their Heavenly Father. That gives us comfort. I believe that I bought my Mockmill 200 from Amazon, but it is currently unavailable. Here is a link to the Mockmill company website: mockmill.us/product/mockmill-200-stone-grain-mill/
I've never made this so I'm looking forward to the rest of the video's to learn more. I've always wanted to buy/use real wheat so here's my push, I'm going to order some now if my local health food stores don't carry it. Are you going to use the same wheat for the loaves of bread?
So happy to see a video with you I went back and watched all your videos I laughed and cried and was amazed at all you do I found you from ms Lori I have learned so much from you both
Happy to see this video. My original Audrey and Audrey V2,0 that I made when you did your last sourdough series died. So I was thinking about joining you since I have some whole wheat bread flour but its a25 lb bag of preground organic so I think I will wait and order some more berries. I tried Einkorn crackers this past order and if I eat a large quantity of them I can tell that I truly am allergic to something in them. So I am going to do what you did here and experiment with the different ancient grains and see if there's one that I do better with. Not Crohn's, true allergy with asthma and anaphylaxis symptoms due to a genetic lack of a very specific platelet in my blood that affects the ability to metabolize proteins. So I am thankful for videos like this that helps me drill down to the most basic level of food and figure out what will work for me. Looking forward to the next video.
@@VickiesCountryHome I remember doing ok with organic spelt bread from the health food store DECADES ago, lol. It just didn't taste good. But when you said spelt it sparked the memory!
You do not need to explain anything to us..glad to see you sharing again
I was just thinking about attempting this the other day. Very interesting about the different grain, too. Thank you!
Love you Miss Vickie ❤
I get my einkorn from Idaho, they grow it and it’s amazing
Good to see you! Thank you for the directions. I have been thinking about making a starter and here you are. God Bless. ❤
You are welcome. I will provide an update soon.

Oh wow! Thank you. The weather was difficult in the winter, but our daughter was killed last July. It’s just hard to keep going sometimes.

It's good to see you again. It's understandable. I dotted the top of my ones after Thomas died of SIDS in 2011. It's difficult to lose any loved one.
It is hard.
No need to apologize or explain…new days and sunny skies…

Yes, my plan is to make breads using the whole grains, and try some with a blend.

Thank you Connie, and welcome!

Oh my, that is scary. I hope you are able to find a good alternative!

Hopefully that will work for you. I am sure a good recipe will give you a better tasting result.
Love your videos ❤
May God hold you close ❤
