    Yum! Dropped by to show some love from Facebook. Just saved this video. I haven’t ventured into Sour Dough yet. But I did mill some fresh flours for Ezekial bread recently!

      My mother-in-law got them for me for Christmas. I believe she got them from Walmart. They are Pioneer Woman.

    probiotics = food for bacteria, probiotics = active cultures, postbiotics = substances resulting from the destruction of bacteria
    Currently, postbiotics are of great interest! So once the bacteria are destroyed by baking/cooking, etc., we have a large amount of residual substances that are ultra healthy! Sourdough bread therefore comes with both prebiotics and postbiotics!
