My left hip flexor and right above my knee/lower thigh has a weird sensation toward the end of the day. Going to try this!

Thx for great Info, spondylolisthesis concept is just same as lower crossed syndrome, the final situation , in the long run, can a balanced quad prevent thightness of iliopsoas? And while pressing lower thigh, I cant feel my glutes, only hamstrings and compression of lumbosacral area without pain, any idea ? Thx

Typically prolonged hip flexion postures ( sitting, sleeping with knees up, etc) will tighten the iliopsoas and reflexively weaken the gluteus max. The rehab for this would need to include not only hip flexor stretching, but learning to activate the gluteus max before attempting strengthening, as any glute max exercise will only be dominated with the other extensors such as hams and erector spinae. This activation method used in rehab of patients will vary as per the individual but commonly includes learning to use the abs to inhibit the erector spinae and "wake up" the gluteus max.

Can your spine slip more over time? I had my first x-ray done when I was about 17, currently 33 now and had another x-ray done and it showed no movement. Can this change as I get older?

Yes instability and slippage can worsen over time, but spine stability exercises can be used to not only stabilize but to slow down the rate of the associated degeneration/arthritic breakdown

Is this the same as a parsdefect?

Pars defects can occur with or without anterior movement. Some cases of spondylolisthesis have no pars defects.
