    I suffer from this. Is the correction really as simple as strengthening the rotator cuff muscles? Gotta get back to doing facepulls

      Anterior glide is only corrected through a rehab conditioning program, but the shoulder correction must be used in movements and postures that are susceptible to it during daily and sport activities

      @@Mrwolfiesx subscapularis exercises. Subscapularis is only one and powerful muscle which pull the humeral bone back to the socket, creating posterior glide and preventing anterior glide.

    strenghten subscapularis it's really gonna save your shoulders and prevent anterior glide
