Only having lots of money can make this dream possible lol. I wish I can do the same one day but the stuff I can do, I’ll do myself and learn how to do new things.
At 5:37, (exhaust clip) there is a metallic rasp as the revs fall. My e36 m3 has the SAME EXACT noise and I can't find what it is. Do ya'll happen to know?
@@PrecisionSportIndustries Hmm interesting. My car has a full custom 3 inch from the turner headers back. It does the same exact thing, rattles right around 3.5k-4k as the revs are falling. Could it be anything else? I thought it might be the cruise control module bracket rattling under the hood so I tried using rubber grommets to use as washers so there's no metal on metal contact. I think theres about 20-30% less rasp now. But the sound, at least on my car, sounds like its coming from under the hood.
How to get something like this done to my car? (Probably no engine swap lol) I found a clean M3 with 40k miles but I hate the silver exterior and tan panels/seats that come with a grey interior. My goal is a sweet paint job, updated exterior trim pieces, and a nice modern interior like this car in the video
For all the money and attention to detail spent on the exterior and engine work, its a bit of a shame to see DEPO headlights, the glovebox sagging, and BC coilovers. Surely with the amount of $$ spent it should be worth going OEM Bosch euro lights, a new glovebox, and better suspension.. just my .02 on an otherwise fantastic car.
The Depo headlights are fine, and headlights are kind of a consumable item if you drive the car so there's no point in going nuts with them. When you get a rock chip or a crack in your Depos, it's no big deal. BC's work really well for both street and track in my opinion, especially if you set them up correctly. I've run them on a lot of BMW's and have been very happy with their durability and performance. 99% of drivers honestly would not notice much of a difference between BC's and some crazy high-end Ohlins, provided they had similar spring rates...
@@DannysGarage Not following your logic on not spending money on good headlights if you drive your car.. its quite the opposite… if you drive a lot you’d have better use out of a superior headlight. The glass lenses are replaceable without needing to buy an entire new headlight as well for fairly cheap. The output of the depo lights is just atrocious when compared to the Bosch version or even the usdm halogen light, and given the amount of money gone into the car it would make sense to just get the real deal and not a knock off headlight. As for the suspension yes i agree BCs are more than fine for just casual street driving but given the fact the car has had so much invested in quality engine parts, new oem rubber/seals, a glass out repaint etc. going for an entry level coilover just seems out of place. You can 100% notice the ride quality difference and performance of something like an ohlins versus a BC. Even at identical spring rates the build quality and damping is incomparable. In the video he mentions the owner brought the coilovers so its what they wanted, its just a bizarre combination all things considered. Upgrading to a TCKline, AST, etc wouldnt be that much more $$ in relation to the total build cost and massively improve the way the car feels/drives/performs.
Hello. Owner here. It’s a great build and personally so pleased with it. You have to remember that these builds take time (this one took almost 3 years) and things change throughout. Depos are great. Headlights get scratched up. Bosch ones can always be added. Also the BCs were in my budget 3 years ago. Im going to drive it like I stole it and probably do suspension and brakes in a couple years.
@@gauravgupta775 Like i mentioned its a fantastic build otherwise and glad to hear you’re considering upgrading those parts down the line. Its well worth it.
Horrible color choice, Ladas have the same shade. So many beautiful oem BMW blue colors to choose from. Radio is out of place too. Nice build, could've been better.

incredible build and paint!
Unreal! Too tier build. Want to find a build like this to buy one day
Awesome build
Great video, great build.
cleanest
Beautiful!!!!
It came along really nicely!
Any chance you can share where to for the exterior plastic trims?
Love the color. How much does the paint cost ballpark for e36
Should convince them to put the pre face-lift kidneys on. Also the zf trans just bolts straight to the s54 with no problem doesn't it?
Very nicely done example, would I be able to ship my car (E30 for an S54 swap) to you from Tampa FL 33607?
Of course, we work on cars from all over the country.

It’s the rasp from using the stock midsection, on this car it’s much more pronounced due to the S54 with headers.

When I grew up in the 70's,this color was very popular in all makes, known as baby blue.Is there a PSI close to North Carolina?

Hey PSI, crazy question is there any reliable bmw i could try to buy?
Cool build. Having breathed E36’s for years, I cant do that color. Maybe with clears and chrome. The black grills and ambers really clash. Bad.

ZKW’s or nothing.
Love everything apart from that awful black grille!

Customer requested Bluetooth audio and phone connectivity, so that was obliged. To each their own.
@@PrecisionSportIndustries It can be done, I have original business cd43 radio with bluetooth in my e36.
Color is amazing.
Sadly, you've got sagging glove box.
That’s true, we should’ve scrapped the build.
