In the schematic section, the wires goes to the wrong pins but the audio is true. Possibly because the software wouldn't allow you to draw the lines to the correct pins. Good explanation anyway.
thats made me look 100% right in an disgruntled converstaion over pilz verry clear and easy to under stand for the aprentice only thing i would say is use orange cable for controll identification as yellow is a no no thank you
Would this setup not require 2 master relays in series to consider it full safe? This way the relay could get stuck open and the intire safety part is useless.
Do I compulsorily have to use a Contactor at the end? If not, do i attach 13-14. 23-24 directly to the actuator ? Why use contactor, if we are using relay for the saftey ? Thank you for the video ! :))
Perfect. but i have a question. Why do you have to wiring both 2 NO 13-14 and 23-24 to contactor instead of only 1 (13-14 or 23-24 to Contactor) .Thanks you about this video!
You can use single contact also , just as an example I looped both auxiliaries . These contacts are also used to give signals to other safety relays ... means if you have seen safety relays working in loops
I have a question. If one of the channels are not closed when the on pulse to the start channel is made, do you have to turn off both channels to attempt to start it again? So if channel 1 is false and channel 2 is true. Start signal is received. Must channel 2 be made false before another start signal can be made true?
Yes exactly we have to reset both channels ..... but in some relays we jut have to reset only one faulty channel .... I think It depends on the model of the Safety relay
Great video! I have been having trouble understanding safety relays from the data sheets and this helps. But I was wondering if you had only wired the contactor to only 13-14 (and not series 13-14 and 23-24) would only the red button connected to S11-S12 turn off the contactor? So S11-S12 safety input only controls 13-14 and S21-S22 only controls 23-24. Is that correct?
Sir I had a question in my case relay is starting but after some time but it is continuously asking to reset and sometime reset button also dnt work...
Neutral A2..you draw black wire in s12..channel 1 s21,s22..but where u have drawn red push button? 14 and s11..how!! One red push button should be in ch1 (s22,s22) and another one in ch2 (s11,s12) Am k right? Pardon..
This is incorrect:Channel 1 and channel 2 is not wired using single pole normally closed contacts. You must use double pole force guided contacts. going to both channels simultaneously.

thank you so much i finally understand safty relays
Awesome, today I learn about a new device😍
Thank you Sir for spreading your knowldge
Welcome dear
Thanks, now it's clear for me.
Thank you very much sir very informative video
thank you very much 🌹good explanation
How could one even attempt to give this simple tutorial thumbs down?
Watch me
Clear Explanation.

Perfect. Simple and well explained!
Great job. Very useful video. Thank you.
Love it! Controls!!
Thanks for your information
Brilliantly explained
Thankyou ❤

nice lecture
Thank's very usefull
Thank you sir well explained
Excelente
Excellent teaching sir.
amazing work
Great and well explained
Amazing
Thank you Sir
Good explanation thank you so much
THANK YOU
great work it was very useful for me
perfect. good
Super explanation... Explain pilz X3 relay also?
Stay connected coming soon
Good explanation

Great video
Many thanks

Excellent i have learned new thing today,
Is it same as Siemens Sirius safety relay with more chancels
Great video, thanks. Keep on the hard work

no. 13/14 and 23/24 are mechanically linked, and not tied to a specific input
nice sir. add other company relays also. sick, schmuller.
Almost similar .... but must go through wiring diagram
Nice one
How to take feedback from this safety relay to plc for alarm generations
thanks bro
So this relay doesn't have a reset option? So you will have to turn off channel 1 and 2 to restart it?
Sir I had a question in my case relay is starting but after some time but it is continuously asking to reset and sometime reset button also dnt work...
The contactor is 24 v?, how can connect a 220v contactor
Using relay.
220v can go to COM terminal, NO contact goes to the contactor coil. Safety relay energizes the 24vdc ice cube relay to turn on the 220v.

Sir video prepared in three phase motor runs in single phase supply okk
Plz reply
Yes three phase motor , running on single phase 220v
@@EASYPLCTRAINING plz video prepared sir
sir PNOZ S3 have same function or different?
Same function, but I thing It have 4 channels to monitor the safety loops
Can you provide what type the 1 green button and 2 red buttons? Momentary or Latch? Red N.C.? Green N.O.?
All momentary button .... green NO .... and red NC push buttons
@@EASYPLCTRAINING Thank You ^^
Why to reset the safety relay you have to push both red button?
Very beginner here; what does K1 and K2 mean?
k1 and k2 are the internal relays of the safety device
This is incorrect:Channel 1 and channel 2 is not wired using single pole normally closed contacts. You must use double pole force guided contacts. going to both channels simultaneously.
Piloje
Sorry but your bad wiring diagram made me so confused
Thanks for this sir,
Can you provide what type the 1 green button and 2 red buttons? Momentary or Latch? Red N.C.? Green N.O.?
He said it need pulse signal which means momentary.
