Awesome video.. I’m training to be a trainer for a freight brokerage and I need to give a talk about pallets, load securement, and loading a truck.. this was awesome!!! From all the (good) freight brokers everywhere.. WE TRULY APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO 👍
There's a lot of good freight brokers out there. Unfortunately, there's a lot of bottom feeders and until the industry starts running them out, it's going to continue to be a problem. Keep up the good work and I hope you have a lot of success
@@truckerdaveandred6731 I hear it a lot.. I always say I wish it worked out so everyone was happy with the pay they got.. the carriers I work with all day the same thing!! We try to find the diamonds in the rough but me and my carriers always are amazed at the rates some truckers are willing to run for.. hopefully it turns around soon.. been seeing a lot of brokerages (along with carriers unfortunately) shutting down shop lately
I continuously load 18 pallets, 42k loads and im winging it. Where can i search how to load properly? I like to be at 11 pallet spots to the back typically.
Super helpful and I really appreciate the thorough details and examples, thank you so much! Stay safe!

heavier stuff to front?
My job is pretty set on the idea that if you load 11500 in the first 8 spaces it will even itself out at 40k+
Light on the nose, heavy middle and tail light
Put shit in. Close the doors and hit the road. Simple.
