Finally! Someone pointed out about the garden part of the biome name. I hear people saying to rename it into a forest. But naming it a garden gives implications that someone planted these. My take is that it was the Illagers that planted it until something went wrong, which they abandoned the garden entirely, and are scared of the Creaking.
Considering the illagers base of operations’ proximity to the pale garden, I think this is definitely possible. This could also be backed up by the fact that the new resin clumps can be found in woodland mansion chests

Though, if the Pale Garden IS the Warped forest of the Overworld, I don't expect much of it. I also think Mojang should consider adding a fog and reducing the amount of normal mobs spawning in there (Endermen would be excluded since they're related to the End).
I doubt they’d add a structure, unless it’s something like a tree stump. Outside of the corrupted nature of the garden, it appears to be more of an “untamed wilderness” where a structure wouldn’t make too much sense
I think the creaking is simply just a self defense mechanism for a magical tree. The connections to the end, while there, are not really stong enough. Endermans spawn more often in all end biomes and warped forests, but not pale gardens. The entire phantom thing is pretty strange to me, especially since I never noticed it. Unsure to what connections it creates between phantoms and the end tho, and could honestly be just reusing sound effects considering all of the endlings do the same.
I think the parallels with the warped forest and the connections between phantoms and other stuff are real and significant, but yeah, not strong enough to tie either the phantoms or the pale garden to the End. My thought is that the pale garden is something like the warped forest, but created by some power other than the End, while the phantoms are tied to whatever power is behind the undead.
I don't think the phantoms are really connected to the end. Maybe they were scouts for the nameless kingdom? Snd have become wild! And the reason that the elytra can be repaired with it's membrane. Could be that endermen harvested the phantoms membrane or the players
