    In English language:
"Nice to meet you", "Pleasing to meet you",
"I am happy to meet you",
"I am pleased to meet you"
    In Filipino national language:
    1. "Ikinagagalak kong makilala ka"
    2. "Kinagagalak kong makilala ka"
    3. "Nagagalak akong makilala ka"
    4. "Nagagalak ako na makilala ka"
    5. "Natutuwa akong makilala ka"
    6. "Natutuwa ako na makilala ka"
    7. "Masaya akong makilala ka"
    8. "Masaya ako na makilala ka"
Yes, there are many ways to say the English sentence in the Filipino national language, and the one given by the Filipino guy representative is just one of them, and is the most common or usual one.
There are still many other ways though depending if you want to be more formal and respectful, or if you're addressing and saying it to two or more people.

Some French translations are wrong :
    Pineapple = Ananas
    it was misprononced “ananananas”
Nice to meet you = enchanté
“ravi de vous rencontrer” is not correct and it was mispronounced anyway
    I love Qatar = j’aime le Quatar
“je t’aime Quatar” means “I love you Qatar” like it’s a person

"How are you?" in Filipino national language can be:
    "Kumusta?"
    "Kumusta ka?"
    "Kumusta ka na?"
    "Kumusta kayo?"
    "Kumusta na kayo?"
    "Kumusta ka po?"
    "Kumusta ka na po?"
    "Kumusta po kayo?"
    "Kumusta na po kayo?"
These sentences in Filipino national language and all depend on the number of the listener/s or to the person/s or people you're speaking to or with, to the amount or level of formality and respect, and to whom you are speaking to or with, in what context or setting, and other factors like your age difference or gap, your level of familiarity with one another, the listener's/listeners' profession, your relationship with one another and what kind of relationship is it, and which is in authority or having more authority, power, or superiority, etc.
For us Filipinos, it's natural, fluid, and easy to say any one of these sentence examples without thinking and minding too deep of the sociolinguistics, the elements and factors I mentioned above when it comes to the langauge, etc., being that the Filipino national language and/or the Tagalog regional language is the first, second, or third language of the majority or most, if not all of us Filipinos, obviously, but understanding it can be a bit tough and tricky for non-speakers or newer speakers.

    URDU??????
There is a misunderstanding that Hindi and Urdu are the same, they don't!!!!

actually Urdu is mixture of mostly Hindi, persian, turkish so foreign rulers like mughals needed a language which they can communicate with kings and common people's of India at that time (India, pakistan)so they transformed the language and made urdu and both were originated in modern india so people commonly use mixture of both languages.
