Norepinephrine 1st, when?

In shock states
We have 2 options to manage
IV Fluids and Vasopressors
Sometimes we don't have enough time to resuscitate our patients with IV Fluids and we should use vasopressor - mostly Norepinephrine - first
We will use a very simple bed-side tool to
1)confirm the diagnosis of shock
2)select what is appropriate 1st line of resuscitation :Fluids or Vasopressor
