Overwatch was just an small force to secure, not for interstellar conflicts, the actual Combine army would completely destroy both unsc and Covenant.

Technically the combine could never win, as any other sci-fi race could just use whatever "-space" (in this case slipspace) to run away to another planet/galaxy. The combine can only go from universe to universe, not galaxy to galaxy. As said in hl2, once they're here, they're pretty much stuck here unless they've got a citadel or something. I'd also say the forerunners would simply kick the combine away like some annoying kid and the flood would have a field day with them as well

What if there was a cross-over between Halo, Half-Life, Doom, Star wars, all marvel, and Titanfall 2. Like the creators decide to make a merged universe with them all in it.

I theory you can code one, but you need to be a programmer for that.

Whoever codes grunts, like Earth military whatever.. just take a note from valve, one of the few just genuinely universally good things they did with the enemy AI functions.. sure they talk a lot, but you can't hear what they're saying and it's so far removed then any sort of redundancy doesn't really grade on you because it comes out as noise unless you're really paying attention.. it's also topical for the most part even if you are down to business kind of kind of talking, whoever thought it was a good idea to have enemy AI constantly be screaming stupid shit over and over again.. you need to go away now, even if the dialogue is good it will never be that good to be heard over and over and over again.. there are other ways to use sound cues LOL it doesn't make them feel more lively it makes them feel completely retarded LOL.. like if your end game was the final scene in blues Brothers then you've somehow surpassed it.. which is exactly where you didn't want to go in that direction...
And another video said that the Combine could beat the Covenant.

i think i found some issue with the VJ Base Addon :
[VJ Base] bad argument #3 to 'Add' (function expected, got nil)
1. Add - lua/includes/modules/hook.lua:31
2. unknown - lua/weapons/weapon_vj_base/shared.lua:392
this appears everytime i remove an npc or if an npc gets killed by another.
Added a workaround for it in the new update
Man everytime i try and download overwatch combine units it always have missing textures
Could be a mod replacing the default Combine textures or models
