Well, whatever you can steal in regards to the Overwatch soldiers (not the cops). Pretty sure the helmet is their new head skin. The "goggles" are eyes plugged into the sockets. They refer to having a "body pack", which I assume is a total replacement for skin. Organs get replaced with entirely new stuff, the stripped model is only like halfway done with the augmentation and he looks to have a colostomy bag installed around waist level, food intake is likely no longer oral and may be partly some kind of energy via the shield chargers you find in-game. Legs may be replaced at least partly. Uniforms should be mostly steal-able, including boots. The soldier vests may actually be PCVs or something close enough, hard to say if the power supply is integrated or if the battery is inside the soldier's torso to make rebel usage harder. With a little tinkering and replacing any extraneous items with Metrocop gear (they're 100% unaugmented, non-memory replaced humans), you could get close enough without sacrificing your humanity. I feel like more rebels should try doing that, better than whatever Barney was doing during the uprising. Spraypaint Lambdas on it for good measure

Composed of augmented humans that willingly joined the combine, the OVERWATCH branch of the combine was made up of Transhuman soldiers. These soldiers also serve as some of the enemies you fight against in Half Life 2, and its prequel game, Half Life Alyx.

The other one cries out, then the screen switches to a Charger going on a rampage.
