Please pardon some of the American comments on here, fore we tend to forget that Africa is AFRICA and not a new version of America. “Where’s all the trees, grass,sidewalks,shrubs,and streetlights” is what you will hear from us spoiled rotten Americans almost every time. America is very green in most places which is why you’ll hear concerns like that, so please don’t take offense,sister. It’s all love ❤️. Most of us African Americans envision ourselves coming to help build up the motherland so we all can witness her full beauty and potential as she thrives at the TOP and that’s our goal as African Americans. And given the ability to grow, even if I got seeds or starter plants I would landscape myself since I do that today as well for my own house. These houses are so beautiful omg, when I’m ready to retire (still young so I have a long way to go) I’m going back home to Somalia and definitely want a house like this built back home. America is not a place I want to stay forever and retire and own a home

Land in other parts will run from $2500 to about $5000. Average cost of building a two story house is about $20,000.00 give or take depending on who you have buidling it.

We destroy nature because we don't appreciate or understand how important it is.
Something I noticed with a lot of these properties, there are no storage where am I going to put my clothing. Plus can these developers pave the roads in the subdivision and leading to it.

The Gambia is the official name of the country. Sure there are more designs you might like. To get high speed internet, you can always connect WiFi in your house or use the local telecom data.

In my area used home prices are driven up because of land shortages in the most desirable areas. Your videos started popping up as I was researching Bali and Thailand. I may be interested large parcels of land near the beach and the local community life. Do you have videos of the surrounding area like food, entertainment, etc?

Is land ownership restricted at all? Are the titles recorded with the local government and easy to track?

Land ownership isn't restricted. A non Gambian can buy and own a land on lease for 99years before renewing the lease.

I am assuming that labor is cheap and that land is plentiful does it makes sense to buy used properties in The Gambia or is buying new about the same price. In my area used home prices are driven up because of land shortages in the most desirable areas.
