It’s crazy how Jack went from a dead channel earning basically no money or views too now a thriving channel thats had more views than his main channel monthly sometimes. Love to see the success you’ve had Jack!

You found the winning combination. Being a UA-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but hard work (with a little bit of Famester) will pay off eventually.

Congratulations Jack for making a once dead channel into one of most subscribed spanish channel
Side note I have been learning Spanish on duolingo and have a 600 day streak and I watched the entire video again in Spanish and I was so proud to understand a few words here and there
In reality, the channel does not even reach 2 million, so it does not even enter the top 200 channels with the most subs in Spanish.
These kinds of analytics are always interesting - you really are at the mercy of the UA-cam algorithm, which in this case helped in the end. There was a long time where it wasn't doing well.
It's a shame the UA-cam letter wasn't in Spanish also though.
Ws across the board, Jack! You and Malcom, along with the rest of the Spanish team did it and got the channel to 1 million

I made my yt channel just in 2024, so watching Jack being able to have multiple channels and gain hundreds thousands subscribers on all of them, and even 1.33 million on his spanish channel, give me a lot of hope and motivation to work hard on my own channel.
