Nothing like infrastructure to show in Abuja except trees, flowers and residential homes. Abuja still remains as Babangida left it. Unlike other big cities where you see big buildings , bridges,Abuja is still a child play in the area of infrastructural development

Abuja is not yet fully developed. Buildings come up as they're needed.
You are very myopic in your analysis. Abuja is Nigeria's Administrative Capital while Lagos is the commercial Capital. Abuja was never designed to contain the kind of high-rise buildings and skyscrapers you see in your conventional cities. Yet, there are many modest high-rise buildings like the World Trade Towers. The beauty of Abuja is incontestable. It is well-planned, beautifully landscaped and laid out than most African cities.

I watched different videos where some claim Jabi is the most expensive area in abuja; others claim it is Asokoro, some others Wuse.
These places you mentioned are all areas where the rich people live in Abuja. I would say that in all, Asokoro and Maitama are places where the top 1% among the rich are found in the capital city.

You are also aware that Makoko is not in the plan and is an illegal structure or settlement. They also refused to be resettled saying that they are water people and fishermen. There are people living below average in Abuja as well and there are videos that depict the lifestyle in Makoko. Everybody’s video cannot be about Makoko 😊
